I'll put in Winged Vengeance for your consideration. Bio included in compilation of pics (photobucket shrunk it so I hope you can read it). Had her in mind from the moment I heard we were getting wings. She was gifted with the ability to take on characteristics of an avenging angel (wings, flight, smiting foes with cleansing fire, etc.) for when she deals out her vengeance.

Well, Xureen hasn't, her bio and powers are listed (but she's level 35 now and has a cooler look, plus a 4th costume from halloween that's not on the shots).

King of Spades was a former leader of the Skulls, but he became more powerful than most. His powers were not the same as that of the skulls. He could summon zombies. In his opinion the Skulls started to get soft. He always got yelled at for killing people that he wasnt suppose to be killing or for picking fights with other skulls. He did this just so his zombies could feed and grow stronger and more fierce. King of Spades wanted power. lots of power. One day he broke off of the Skulls and began recruiting his own team of villains. Called the Royal Flush. He still journeys to finish his quest in fulling his maximum power.

Cool thing is I don't think the costume designer would allow you to create those pants anymore. (I mean the 2 patterns)
(tried to keep this short but I got carried away)
========= Bio =========
Uncle Dog is the calmest person you could ever meet. Plaqued by self doubt in his youth because of his short stature, how was he to know what life had in store for him. As a teenager he found out that he had a certain "rapport" with stone ... he could "ask" it to stay beside other stones. From this he started training. The body building (using rocks for weights) gave him a nice muscular body that in turn gave him some self confidence he was lacking.
Then disaster struck. His skin changed color. People around him tried to make him believe that it was a normal process, but he could see that none of his friends or relatives had orange skin. With love and understanding (and maybe a little rock throwing to fend off the more tenacious taunters) he settled into this new situation.
In college, he joined the greek wrestling team in an attempt to socialize more. At his first party with his teamates, he drank a little too much and ended up falling in the bonfire through a serie of freak coincidences. Everyone screamed, some ran, and some tried to help him out. He doesn't actually remember what happened next but the story goes that the fire actually intensified and Dog just walked out.
It took him a long time to realize that his gift should be put to good use. Alot of people tried to abuse of his abilities over the years and he fought them back. This created a kind of bitterness around him. To those that know him ... it's just his shield ... to the others it's the bark of the dog.
His nickname "Dog" came from his size, the "Uncle" part from that beard he has grown to love so much, and the bitterness, his New Orleans flavor and his general attitude has made him Uncle Dog, stone/fire tank of Paragon City.

Here is my Mind/Psi Dom. She was a promising young chemist til she fell in with the party crowd and began developing her own designer drugs. The various combinations of psychedelics drove er into a permanent trip, but also gave her the ability to project the hallucinations onto others.
Kung Fu Jones
Jones is a natural MA/Regen. In the seventies, he starred in his own series of movies. He went to King's Row, where he grew up, and became a community activist, tryin to clean up the streets and free his family and friends from the drugs and violence. He lost a showdown to a super villain, who then froze him in a block of ice as a warning to others. Thirty years later, Jones has been thawed out and revived, ready to take on the gangs of King's Row once again.

Knuckle Sammy is a DM/DA brute. Once an enforcer for the HAs, Sammy was gunned down by the police during a drunken rampage through Sturgis. After a few years battling demons in Hell, Satan sent him back to the world as a true Hell's Angel.
Well, why not? I probably won't win, but I'll be damned if I won't at least give it a shot.
Fiery Havoc is a Fire/Thermal Corruptor with the Mu Mastery Patron set.
From a (rather limited) story standpoint, she's the daughter of a half-demon and a descendant of Mu. As such, she has an amazing control of fire, and is learning control over electricity.

Yue Shi (Warshade) In-game Bio:
Yun Xing (Falling Star) came to me so long ago, that the centuries have long since blended together in my memories. He wanted a chance at a new life, away from the war of his kind, to merge with a willing host. He found me, a quiet girl, living alone in a small village not far from Xian.
He was disgusted with his kind and saw a chance to change things by coming to Earth, where all Nictus enemies were slowly beginning to gather. He felt drawn to my energy and sensed the peace in my heart. His crystal blocked the full moon as he came to me, a strange eclipse that frightened and entranced me. I was surprised at the voice that sang in my ears, telling me of merger and greater things we could do together, greater things we have done together in the centuries since then.
We are now in Paragon, the front line of the Kheldian War. Yun Xing can no longer stand on the sidelines nor can I. We fight as the merged Warshade Yue Shi now.
(Yue Shi is Chinese for Lunar Eclipse)

Here it is! I have been looking for this thread.
I submit Brett Mason. As a young boy Brett idolized his older brother, Marcus, a gang member of the hellions. When a young, zealous cat-girl heroine attacked Marcus Brett joined in the fight. He was horrifically mutilated and charged with attacking a registered hero. He was tried as an adult at the age of 16 and the judge, having a soft spot for cat-girls, sentenced him to several years in the meta-max prison, the ziggurat.
Inside the prison Brett nurtured his festering hatred for heroes and the few powers his brother taught him. Years later he escaped during the Arachnos breakout.
Brett Mason is a man capable of great good or great evil. However, he is happy with petty backstabbing, black market goods, and the occasional local bank robbery. It is only when he has the opportunity to strike at heroes that his truly evil potential shines through. Especially cat-girls.

Now for the fun part. To commemorate me getting my site back, I will do ONE sketch of someone else's character. One. It might take me a while, or I might get inspired. There are two rules:
1. The character can not have a sketch previously done of it by anyone.
2. I want some sort of background/history of the character along with good screen shots (too far away and I probably won't choose your character). I sit rather far away from my monitor, so I need some good screenies.
It is not first come, first served. It is which character inspires me the most, so the costume/background better be good!
To give everyone a decent chance, you can submit for one week. By 9am CST next Sunday, the list is closed. I'll make my choice by the following Monday.
