It appears as though he has the Lab Coat Open (Sleeveless Jackets) but interestingly he also has the upper robotic arms option (which as far as I know, you can't get with any kind of Jackets). The gloves look kinda like tech sleek, but I can't really tell. The feet and wings are 100% new.

Arms look like the crey tank arms which currently aren't arvailable desptite having access to the Chest, Legs, and Boot patterns. Hopefully we'll get the helmets eventually too.

If you're talking about Tech Crey gloves, those are available under all glove options that allow textures. For a while they weren't available under Banded, but that has been fixed. We still don't have Tech Crey helmets, though 
As for the good doctor's gloves, those are not Tech Crey. I checked. Could be something else, but I don't know what.

If this is true, that's awful. Mixing inventions with rewards that take over 2 years of playtime? Nothing like having most of a set but not quite being able to complete it for something you can't control...

....wait what? the whole set is a 27 month reward. has nothing to do with inventions at all. you hit 27 months and you get access to the tech sleek costume parts (chest, gloves, legs, and boots, so very sadly no helmets)

Same here. I'm hoping for a crazy-go-nuts amount of new stuff. Too bad wishing very hard doesn't make it so.

What are the odds though? You'd think Jay would take half of those suggestions in his suggestions thread and put them in the Inventions costume list. At least the robes that are already in the game. Or NPC (not signature) costumes that are already in the game as a matter of fact. Like CoT robes and hats.
gloves are definitely that same as a Voltaic Tank's, I know that glove any where since I desperately looked for it once.
