Hehe, thanks for the comments. It's missing a little in the middle which I wanted to add, because I thought the cover counted towards the 8 page limit. But turns out it doesn't so I'm free to add another page!
Also, I think the cover could use a little work, it's a bit bland as it is. -

You're getting much better! I can see a bit of the technique I usually use (though slighty more solid than mine - which is extremely sketchy most of the time).
Again, studying proprotions is a good thing (it can get a bit difficult if you're drawing a very LARGE picture since MSPaint can't zoom out any more than 1x) the head looks very good and the body is shaping out nicely, but as you get lower down the body proportions look to go a little out of whack.
Definately improving, don't ever tell yourself you can't get better. Practice, Practice, Practice!

First time doing shading in paint, it wasn't actually too hard. Came out quite nicely (despite the rough pixels).

So yeah, this time, I've decided to restrict myself completely from Photoshop. This one'll be all MSPaint, we'll see how I can handle the power of pixels!

The character is one of my alts, supposedly to tie into my original story for Eiichiro. She's an Ex-Knives of Artemis assassin named Emiko (It's cliche, but was a fun draw).
I think that this style of drawing actually has a name, Oekaki or something like that? I'm intrigued and will continue (as long as I don't have a scanner, could use the practice anyways). -
Well, I explained in previous threads. Maybe I need to repost my disclaimer. I do the main lineart and colors in MSPaint, but the shading and electrical effects are Photoshop (There's no way I could get such a high res drawing in JUST MSPaint).
So it's technically MSPaint AND Photoshop.

The blasts of energy both look quite awesome, I'm definately a fan of those colors! The proportions might be a bit off, but it shows quite a bit of promise (Seriously, the depth of color in the flame is awesome, is that the spray-can tool? I want to try that on my next drawing!).

Hah, yeah. That's actually my character... staring at her butt all day makes it seem bigger than it actually is.
I think it turns out kinda like that because I drew the costumes and characters purely from memory, and the images are tied in with the actions and speech.
Just a crazy hypothesis. -

Heh, could be my hand was getting tired (That was the last one I drew). But then that particular character IS played by a male (who I know personally, which might have something to do with it).

Yeah, exactly my technique. Just import to photoshop and voila! You've got something close to lineart. Just takes alittle imagination sometimes (So many screwy lines).
That's the quick and dirty way, of course you can use the curvy-line tool that MSPaint has to get cleaner lineart, but that always takes me longer. -

I was muddling around with MSPaint again. I think I'm getting pretty good with the mouse, and it's actually pretty good practice for other mediums.
Anyways, the promised WIP (It's a bit small for now, will be bigger in the final version): D-Rail vs. Thor's Assassin
D-Rail, is my Robots/FF Mastermind (In the Blue/Yellow... Dubbed the "Best Buy Bot" by my friends). He's a sentient computer virus in a power suit.
Do I really need to explain Thor's Assassin?

It appears as though he has the Lab Coat Open (Sleeveless Jackets) but interestingly he also has the upper robotic arms option (which as far as I know, you can't get with any kind of Jackets). The gloves look kinda like tech sleek, but I can't really tell. The feet and wings are 100% new.

Blast Girl: AR/Devices Blaster
A product of Crey gene manipulation, she was born merely as a test subject. Part of Crey's BLAST project (Ballistics & Light Assault Special Technician) she was trained in the use of firearms and explosives. Her powers are derived from cybernetic implants and years of "treatment". She is capable of olympic feats of strength (at least, for her size) and the cybernetic implants allow her to control extremely heavy recoil from automatic weapons. Despite the fact that she grew up as an experiment, she holds no grudges and is actually a fairly happy-go-lucky person.

Cobalt Q: Energy Melee/Invincibility Tanker
At over 100 years old, he's a living answer to a hypothetical question about the good (and bad) that the fountain of youth could bring. Because of an accident in the 1920s, he gained complete immortality and invicibility and has had to view the world as an unchanging individual. The byproducts of the accident have not granted him superstrength, rather because his fists are invincibile he punches harder than most people (since the fear of injuring oneself limits the strength of the punch). He's a reclusive individual because most of the people he's loved have passed away, while he continues to live.

D-Rail: Robotics/Forcefield Mastermind
Originally a computer virus created as a way of "Derailing" half cents from bank accounts world-wide, his creator met his end when he forgot to pay his protection money. Left to run amok on the internet, the D-Rail virus evolved at an extraordinary rate, gaining self awareness in only several months. Still captive within his digital form, an oportunity presented itself when a Tech-based hero attempted to purge the "dangerous" virus from the internet. By uploading itself into the hero's power suit, D-Rail's first order of business whas to shut off the life support systems, taking his first life. His continued motivation is dictated by his original programing: a desire for gold and a growing distaste for what he's deemed "Organics".

Satsui no Hadou: Martial Arts/Ninjitsu Stalker
A trained assassin, a demon without eyes. Satsui no Hadou (meaning "surge of the intent to murder") is a freelance hitman who will take any job, provided the pay is good. He refuses to use firearms in the firm belief that his style of martial arts is superior to all other forms of combat. His "Cannon Punch" technique combined with his array of skills in stealth and deception make him a dangerous enemy.
