Costume Help - Swimmer Concept`

So I gots a problem. I wanna' make this character, who is an olympic swimmer for England, but I don't know how to make a good swimmer costume.

This is what I have now trying to model it off of a swim suit I saw online for the olympics. (Blast goggles are swim goggles)

Should I do something like that?

Or go a little more skin and have something like this? This

And for ref. , this is what I was trying to go for above, but with England flag colors.

Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks!

The first one looks like Doc boy...

Unfortunately, that's really difficult to do.

The British flag look is best done using the new Angelic chest pattern, which you can't lay over a tank top. In a perfect world, you'd be able to change the arms exclusively to bare, but you can't.

As far as making the tank top/briefs look more British, try using the Lion chest detail. Use dark blue for your primary colors, and either a darkish red or a light gray/white for your secondaries.

P.S. - I made you a consolation, uh... British... robot... swimmer... thing. Enjoy.

If they can create a sentient, humonoid robot, I'll just give them benefit of the doubt it's water-proof. :P

Here's my attempt - I tried to get as close to your ref shot as possible. Alas, I could not find an option that would give me bare arms so I went with a full bodysuit. I was split between using the scales or cellular patterns, both have their pros and cons but I finally went with scales as more 'marine' in theme.

Then I came up with the name "Sea Lion" which is why he is wearing the 'cat' mask. I tried a couple of options for the 'red, white and blue' theme as well.

Sea Lion 2 (slight more restrained colour scheme)

Ha! Now sleeveless!

The tank top is limited though - you can't use any patterns with it.
