I think Roxstar is great and can't think of a reason to change him at all. As for the others. Do you want them to look good together, without being a set costume (like the original X-Men or the FF),
Instead you want them to have individual outfits that blend well together.
Am I right?
If this is true, then Rox is the cornerstone for the hero group.
I notice your Godesses are Greek influenced. I expect a certain functional nature to most of the costumes--with a modern sensibility a la the X-men as opposed to say the Avengers.
Does that sound right?

I tried to keep the group elements (shoulder pads and belt) non-invasive and I think it worked out ok.

I tried my best to keep Rox's the same 1 because he's your sig toon and 2 because I like his costume so much.
That said the only thing I changed was adding the Group elements (note: the cape should still be there but as this is a new toon he doesn't have access to them yet.)
Jacquin Pierce
I tried to play up the sex appeal part of her description while keeping her tough and kinda mean looking like a 10 time martial arts champ would look.
Ba'al
I just tried making her look other worldly and have a nature notif.
Mezmorize
I tried to put him in sharp looking clothing since he's supposed to be charismatic. Also his head/face plate is there to block out the voices 
Extant Force Kind of a Robo-Doc thing going on here. I tried to show the cyborg aspects of him while still showing he studies science by using the lab coat and upwards goggles.
Indigo Sagitta
Many eyed alien with niffty alien tech suit and eye aim.
Ice Penguin
I really don't wanna talk about this one. It's pretty not that great at all really.

Ddgryphon, you pretty much hit the nail on the head with that one. I'd love to have a specific costume that everyone one of them will wear later on but I can come up with that on my own. For this challenge I'd like them to have their own unique costumes but close enough to where they won't clash in a big group pic.
Far, man those turned out great! I find it funny that you got Jaquin looking pretty close to what I have now except that she's got a brand new updated and better looking outfit. As for my favs I'd have to say that Indigo is my absolute favorite!! Looks 100 times better than what I have right now and I didn't mention it but you got the eye aim on! I also thing that extant force came out really good too!! I like the lab coat...never thought of that before. And I'd love for you to try the villains!
As for anyone else, I can post the uniforms they have now but I thought that end up putting to much of a biased influence for creation. I might post them at the end though to see who was close to my ideas and what not.

I took a stab at Indigo Sagitta and Blood Scorpius.
Indigo: Front and Back ;; Rox colors 
I went for a sleek 1960's space-man theme with the grey leather, and minor detailing. The capsules on his belt, I suppossed, would be his miniaturized array of devices (how do we carry all this stuff around anyway in outfits with no pockets?). I also did an alternate color scheme to match Rox's theme--maybe a SG uniform.
Blood Scorpius: Front and Back ;; Cape Design ;; Alternate Helmet Design
I know the red and black thing is overdone, but with a name like Blood Scorpius... 
Anyway. I wasn't sure if he was suppossed to be an alien too or not, so I tried to make it somewhat ambiguous. His skin is dark red to contrast Indigo's dark blue. Kind of going for an arrogant, Cobra-esque look with him without being too flamboyant. I am not sure if I succeeded. He would have a full-sized long cape, I just used the shoulder cape to show the design. Also, I wasn't sure if you have the Samurai options, so I put up an alternate helmet design.

I like the white/gold star gloves and boots. They are a nice contrast to Rox' stone hide.
Hi Roxstar, here are some villains for you. I'm still relatively new to designing villains so I didn't even try to come up with a common theme - my reasoning is these villains are rampant individualists who hate following trends!
Here's my take on Death Whale. I really went to town on the whole orca motif and logically made him as big as a whale.
Then there's Banshee where I've gone with the idea that she is so bitter and twisted about missing out on the Gaea gig she is all shrivelled up. You can hear her leaves crackling whenever she moves. Notice her bloodstained hands: she represents Nature red in tooth and claw. Alas, I don't have access to wings yet, but appropriately coloured demon wings should suit her nicely.
Next up is Dead Force. Tried not to make him too Terminatoresque, with the red highlights representing focal points for his energy fields.
Finally I have Blood Scorpius for your viewing pleasure. I went with the scorpion side of his nature and used nature's warning colours of black and yellow to highlight the dangerous nature of this bounty hunter. Here is a closeup shot. I imagine him using his multi-faceted eyes to track several targets at once as he lets fly with multiple arrows.

Ok, thought I'd give this a try. I already spend half my time in game making outfits anyway.
Jacquin Pierce Tried to show that Jacquin was sexy and loved her skimpy pink clothes while at the same time making her look tough enough that she really could be the best martial artist in the world.
Ba'al Tempest I pictured Ba'al as a young goddess (as much as goddesses can be young) who wasn't really thinking about what she was doing when she got into conflict with Gaia...."Huh? I made Gaia mad? Whatever could I have done to make her mad? <bats eyelashes>" Kinda pictured her as a bit of a pixie who spends most of her free time playing with the wind and the waves. Though as a hero she's gonna be discovering a thing called 'responsibility'.
Mezmara (hmm....no last name to use here as a label) As Mezmera was supposed to be basically a duplicate or female version of Mezmorize, I left her normal enough looking, and tried to focus on her use of sex appeal when dealing with people. She's got her metal plate to help control the influx of information from those around her, though small, I guess it could contain tech or something that is able to 'scoop' up the mental chatter around her and focus it on that plate.

Part of the idea is this is his 'in the field kit', where if necessary he can ditch his jacket and curl up into 'ambush mode' as just another mossy rock. As far as being 'nekky' goes, are you going to tell a guy made out of stone who has been trained to kill a man in 27 different ways:
"Hey dude! You've got no pants on! I can see your pebbles!"
I don't think so, or at least you'll only do it once. If anyone can run around without pants it has to be a villain.

Ok, I've decided to scrap the old Hero League so that I don't end up playing favorites. Plus that one would've probably failed miserably anywayz.
So I'm making up a new one with some of my alts, but some of their costumes are kinda old school and don't mesh well as a group.
