...but if you could narrow the beam from the rifle a bit, it will be better. Now it looks like it comes out from the side of the rifle. 
Actually, that's how rikti pistols and rifles look even when shooting. But it's very nice art. I wish I could draw even half that good, I am so rusty now

Nice work there so far you slacker you And, yes, that emblem does look great. The straps on his chest, though, could use a slight touch of work... maybe a slight highlight and shadow to show that they are 3 dimensional things laying across his chest as opposed to more decals on his chest. I'm sure you'll get to that.
So far, it's great... proportions, musculature, all that, dead on. And the green glow of the weapons is a nice touch!
