Very nice! Crisp, clean lines and the coloring is good.
It's a bit flat, pose-wise, but given the overall feel of the image, that's not -too- bad. Looks kind of like a cinematic cover for something. One of those villainous 'Oh yeah, I rock' poses.
Or a similar one for an anti-hero... I make no assumptions!

And I realize the pose isn't very exciting. This is the first time I've ever really colored anything like this in Photoshop, so I did the drawing quick so I could get to the coloring.

Oh, that's not a -bad- thing given the overall feel of the image I'm getting. It's kind of an imperious hover... Floating down (or up) to loom over one's opponents.
Or maybe that's just me. >_>
