Nice. That is a good piece Grey.
First off I think it's a great piece. Good pose, awesome background and extremely awesome electricity!
However, the head seems a bit square to me. I think if you would've put more of a point on the back of the hood that would've been fixed. Also, instead of using white on his visor I would've gone with a sky blue, it doesn't seem to fit the rest of his color scheme. Only other thing I see is there's an area in the middle of the cape where the blue doesn't blend well. I think there's supposed to be another bump in the cape there but it's just all black and looks like the blue just stops instead of furthering another crease.
Anywayz, not a whole lot I'd change because it was an excelent piece. I really love the background. You did an great job on that!!

I agree for the hood. Unfortunatly correcting it at this point is beyhond my skills. As for the cape I don't see it. It may be because I am too close to it. My mind sees it the way it should be instead of how it is. Or is it the pattern of the cape that you are talking about ? His cape has blue triangles.

That turned out pretty sweet there. I love the colors you chose and the background turned out great (it looks almost looks like cell art) 
As for areas to maybe work on in the future... I noticed a bit of white here and there around the figure where you had cut the background away. Next time might want to go around the cut out figure and erase or darken any white on the outside of the black lines.
Also, the perspective on TA's feet and the perspective used for the background is a bit off. It's not bad at all, just a touch off. Since I believe you sketch these out and then scan them in, try using tracing paper so you can draw one thing over the other and make sure the perspectives line up.
Just a couple of small things for a great piece. 
I always find myself at a bit of a loss to offer serious critism of pieces drawn by hand or "drawn" by computer. One of the things I look forward to seeing is everyone's different styles and how they interepret characters. In that vien, let me say I really like the piece. It works. You've captured TA very well I think and everything sorta "fits" for me. Not really knowing what your happy or not so happy with about the pic, I don't know that it needs anything....

As for the feet you are right. The main figure and the background were drawn separately. I will have to be more careful in the future.
TA: Glad that you like it. This piece was a great learning tool for me. I am getting more comfortable with Photoshop.
