That turned out quite nice there... doubly so for your first attempt with markers. I do belive your going to do well with the markers. It alsmost has a nice retro feel to it, like a psycho vacume add from the latter half of the 60's or some such.
As for your problems with the marker on bristol... don't know what to say. I'm not all that expereanced with markers... i do know that they make paper / board esspecialy for marker, but it's probably fairly pricy. Have you tried the clayboard with markers?

Im going to use photoshop to make her nekkid then trade the nekkid pic to the other prisoners for cigarettes

ooOOOOo... I love the Abby and GB piece! It turned out great. Nice choice on the colors there, and good fix on GB's legs and the worms in the boot are an extra special nice touch. I do got a quick question... are Abby's eyes two different colors there... like... oh, like Delirium's?! If so, niiiice touch and if not, I'll just pretend they are anyway
Ayu turned out right nice as well. For your second attempt with markers, it's great. I kinda wish you had done more with the border, maybe a thicker line for it or more swirling in the corners. Still, great stuff... I can't wait to see what else you pull of with the markers now.

Yaaaaay! You noticed!!!! Yep, I made them two different colors, that's just always how I think of her 
And you can never have enough worms!!! (I figured putting some in his boot would be something she'd be likely to do....she's always trying to put stuff where it doesn't belong)

AND I just wasn't happy with Ayu (it was bugging me the blue looked so much like the purple) so I fiddled with her some more and tried my good ol' standby crayola to do some touch ups.

Agrees with Berry. Markers are coming along great Star. Also for my sidenote Barebow will be 22 in 9 bars, hehe. Clopin hit 18.

I've been wanting to draw more big burly mens lately (since I seem to stick almost exclusively to cute girls) so when a dark lord of dark darkity darkness mentioned in another thread that he wanted some art done, I couldn't resist!!!
I'm not entirely happy with how this turned out, I think it could have been much better with a better pose, but I got some good experience with big burly men
(Plus I wanted to try out yet another new medium )

More bleeding topless virgins, NOW! Oh, ooooo, nice one there, Star, very nice. This has to be your most vivid works to date and I like it. I love the hard feeling you pulled off with his chest plates as well as the proportions. The head / chest / arms are the closest I have ever seen you get proportion wise... excellent job there! I still say that he could use a little more crotch though. Great work though!
