If you copy a character onto test and create a super group you will be given 36,020,000 prestige. More than enough to play with Then once you are confident with the base editor, start again and see what you can do with the prestige your SG has earned so far.
can we update this please, i just patched,transferred toon on test, made supergroup and tried to fool around with building a base and only had 20k prestige, not 36mill

It has been updated, they took away the 36 million quite a while ago. There was even a reason but I don't recall what it was.
Its probably lost in the recent purge but there was a "good" reason they removed it, just can't recall what it was now.

Unfortunately I cannot edit the first post anymore. But yes, they have removed the 36 million from test 
However if I get the chance I will produce a new version for the latest changes for the world of zero rent

This is currently not true. I just tried it and got no prestige for my effort.
Nope, it includes just what it says. You do have space in the oversight room for 1 storage unit though.
