_Castle_ what about crazy griefing NPC and AS?
This has probably been said, but I haven't actually been in a bank when it was robbed - but people I know who have (and most movies) say that there are not people running around - they are just cowering on the floor hoping to not be killed.
Why in this game are the pedestrians so fearless? (and annoying)
I think the best solution would be to cut the code out of burn that makes NPC bad guys run away, and put it in all villains to make NPC civilians run away. Solve two of my annoyances in one fell swoop.
Less NPC's in banks is something we were wishing for tonight in my group ... and hey, why not have a bunch of them cowering instead of jamming up all the doorways? I tell you this - if I'm ever in a bank during a robbery, I'll not be shoving cops and robbers aside, I'll be hiding under a desk with my face buried in the floor.

If you knew that the bullets would pass through you if the guy shot at you, you could run around too... I always assumed the NPCs were rioting and stealing stuff themselves.... they know I can't touch them, and they have no problem shoving my 2000 pound battle drones out of the way....
MAKE NPC"S IN HEISTS TARGETABLE! (but no exp for "defeating" them)
Have to agree, this is annoying as hell on my Stalker.

Easy! Make the Civilians targetable in CoV, then, when they annoy you...blow them away!

Best... solution... EVAR! (yes, it's mispelled on purpose :P)

Additonally, make them run *away* from the bad guys ...
Fair enough in CoH they don't fear you (the hero) but surely in CoV shouldn't they um, like notice you?
Actially, in CoH, we should be able to interact with them "this way to safty m'am!" (thinks of booster gold!)
