The House of Commons Stratics Chat transcript with Jack "Statesman" Emmert can be found here.

Cuppa, why were so many questions chosen that have had answers located in the Dev Digest?... Also, why were so many questions chosen that had already been answered in the chat itself?...

Because the Moderators were independent persons, not ones who visit the boards often. I also would have liked to hear more inportant quesions and not those that were already answered or were talked about in these forums......

The questions were filtered by the guys at Stratics, I got talking to one of them prior to the chat which is partly why I got my question in first. It seems that the guy I was speaking to had never even played CoH in the first place so its no surprize that the questions chosen by them are so utterly useless most of the time. Afterall, the people choosing filtering them don't know what the devs or the players are talking about.

Yea, but you'd think somebody would say, "Statesman already answered the question about PvP maps, let's not dig up three more questions asking basically the same thing"...

I'm not trying to come off like an [censored], but it's not that often when Statesman answers THAT MANY questions in one sitting and I would've preferred if his time wasn't wasted repeating himself over and over again...

Clearly the most important news is that there will be "coats with tails".

gotta agree that its a shame that most the the questions asked were answered in some way or another on the boards, but hey, we get our own "ask statesman" thread every so often where we ask the questions that WE want to know. So thats ok by me i guess.

though maybe next time stratics can do something better than a boring old chat.. like:

Real World: City of Heroes!

You gotta ask questions that States can answer. I mean, would you guys rather instead have States repeat "soon," "when it's done," etc. over and over again?

Statesman - Yes, we have an auto-exemplar feature...so that high level players will automatically drop to the level of their opponents. No sidekicking, though.

Well it's a lot better than:

Ok just thought id post a few thoughts for you here.. based on how a HoC works..

Ok if this one was like any of the others, Stratics doesnt filter the question if there isnt a topic set, they basicaly recieve the questions people want to ask, and then forward that question to the devs involved.

Sometimes the Devs say ok no we skip that question and select another to answer.

The guys at Stratics probably got heaps of questions that may not have been on the forums but they may not have suited the tone of the HoC so States chose not to answer them.

This probably sounds like a advertisment for stratics but seriously if youve been reading there site for a long time, you'd know that they are all for as much content as possible, so perhaps go a bit easy on em...

Just my two cents anyway
