What is the ticket cap?

All i no is i have 7 to 8 toggles and it takes at least 30 seconds to get all them up with pets ready, get pets out first so i don't run out of end. Then also i like getting all my pets bubbled which can take 30 seconds too. And some guy i like facing only has three toggles and then is ready to go and can quickly find me

So I play as an MM and any one who plays one knows how much time it takes to get one ready for battle. I love arena only issue is theres no timer i cant summon all pets and then get my buffs ready with him. I go in some guy atks me right away so i turn on Pff and all def skills and just wait there should be a timer so i dont need to do this.
