Well a way around it would be killing your self enough times so the debt get rids of it or just turn off your xp.

Yes they do get merits but they can not get merits from that mission again until 24 hours pass.

Well the mission is on the part were you can edit and change it then they will check it again

With i16 coming i am wondering if i would be able to get a mission back up that only has bosses in it. I made it just to see if i could get a team to live a huge mob of guys and never cared about the xp and with i16 there will be no rewards. So do you think that i would be able to get it back when i16 comes out? [not sure if this is right area but i dont care ]
