Now forming an 8 man team to do the story of the praetorian invasion before issue 20 hits!
We are going to form one team to do back to back apex and tin mage task forces on sunday, april the third, in the afternoon. I am looking for 1 tank that is softcapped(I am an unsoftcapped but very tough inv tank), 1-2 controll and support people, a healer, and damage people for the rest. We will be doing master of tf for both of them. I would like for you guys who are intrested in getting the story to join me and fight cole's forces of evil! Roleplaying is wanted heavly but not at all required. List the name, archetype, powers,origin(for roleplaying), and time in the afternoon(central time) on the third you can play. Ok. I bought a realy epic new computer in january and it workes fine for the most part, exept for the rare crashes. when it crashes the screen freezes for about 10 seconds and then cuts to the computer home screen with in the upper left fourth of the screen black and a popup says that the driver crashed it. so i am 95% shure that because i never updated the driver when i bought it it is realy old. thing is i have no clue about drivers and i also have no clue how to use the coh helper or whatever it is called. i could live with the once every three days crash but yesterday i was on a sewer team and after 2 crashes in 10 minuets(i cant spell worth anything if thats spelled wrong) i had to log out. can you guys help me? i would like it if i could get rid of this problem(or even find out what driver i have!). by the way i use an ati radeon 5770 gpu.

I wasn't going to do a ko of iron man, just a powered armor guy. in fact i would like it to be original as possible. and by the way, at least one of iron man's armor suits did have a force field. i think i am going to rp a human pb as a power armor guy.

ok i was wondering what would be the best at, primary, secondary, and build for an iron man type toon? i am having truble with this as iron man type guys have melee, ranged, and armor. i was thinking about a rad/em blaster with io sets geared for res. what do you think about this?

I still have no clue what so ever on how to get to my screenshots. that chain does not exist according to a case sensitive search and my folder only has the launcher, the website, plaync account registration, and uninstall. so what i need is step by step info on how to get to my screenshots.

I tried to find out about this but i could not find anything so I am asking this question: how do I find my screenshots on windows 7? any help would be great.

I would realy like it if they had a spear powerset so I am going to suggest one. Here it is.

Power 1. stab. you stab your foe quickly with your spear doing minor lethal damage. damage minor, recharge very fast.

Power 2. thrust. you thrust your spear into your foe, dealing moderate lethal damage in a very narrow cone. damage moderate, recharge moderate, very narrow cone.

Power 3. spin. you spin in a circle with your spear, dealing moderate lethal damage to all foes within range. damage moderate, recharge moderate, pbaoe.

Power 4. spear throw. you throw your spear at your foe, dealing moderate lethal damage. damage moderate, recharge moderate, medium range.

Power 5. battle cry. you shout a battle cry to everyone around you, increasing the damage and accuracy for a brief time and doing the opposit to your foes. +damage and to hit buff for alies within 50 feet, and opposit to foes. recharge long.

Power 6. challenge. just threw this in 'cuse every scrapper primay has this.

Power 7. volly of spears. you throw a volly of spears at your foe, dealing moderate lethal damage to all nearby enemies. targeted aoe. high damage, long recharge.

Power 8. run through. basicly shield charge only lethal damage.

Power 9. flurry of the spear. you stab a foe multible times to deal extreme damage over time. cone, extreme lethal damage over time, long recharge.

as you can see by the powers the theme of this set is combo moderate ranged attacks and melee attacks mixed with multi target melee and ranged attacks. I am open to any opinions and help about this idea.

OK I have a few things to say. 1. I am sorry if petitions are against the forum rules. where I live they are a healthy and good way to get a point acrossed that you dont like somthing the ruling party did. 2. All what i started this thread for was just to make a point that I want my superman toon to feel like superman and not a 92 pound stick when fighting another toon. 3.I am sorry if I did not know how many times this has come up. after all iI am new to the forums. 4. I am also aware that the word "forum" means a place to get together and voice thoughts about somthing. in fact the first forum was in rome(I think) and it was a place to meet and voice thoughts to the people in the government. So I am sorry if some people are mad about this. I just wanted to make a point.

my thoughts exactly valor. I just want a comic book game to feel like a comic book. My uber superman tank beatdown a duel pistols/somthing electric corruptor and a pure human level shifted(which my tank is not) pb in a no dr, no ts, and no hd arena match 4-0 both times. but i feel that anyone psi would tear him apart. thats superman for you.

I am probably going to change the name of this thread to "a petition to remove pvp from the game to clear out some room in peoples hard drives" as it doesn't take a supercomputer to figure out that pvp will be broken forever. I probably should not have any more extreamly fun no dr,no ts, and no hd arena matches with people on my sg because all the fun of those turns bad when I think how this could be all over the game.

seriously people. what does it hurt to try to get good things? i know that the devs dont care about what we think about pvp but what does it hurt to just try?

I am sick and tired of not being able to have any sort of fun at pvp. So for the sake of keeping the game alive in the face of new and powerful foes I am forming a list of people who hate diminished returns,travel suppression, and healing decay. For sake of easy counting please only one post per person. Post only if you hate i13 pvp and want a return to the fun pvp. And if the devs care 2 cents about this game`s future they will have to have there little fantasy world about i13 pvp being funner shattered. So only one post per person and please,for the sake of the game, tell the devs WE HATE NERFS!!!!

wow. the devs must be stark raving mad. i mean,"pvp and pve powers have been balanced for quality of life reasons". haven't they a clue of the mmo class system or the fact that captain america would never be able to beat superman without magic or kryptonite, but jean grey would make mincemeat out of him even without the phoenix force? I mean, come on devs! liston to your players for once or just remove pvp and free up my hard drive!

I absolutly HATE it when my uber scrappertank is made weaker than a single rikti monkey because of diminished returns, healing rot, and travel suppression. I just got done with some arena matches with no DR or travel suppression, or healing rot and guess who was just as strong and indestructable in pvp as pve? pvp with the same power level as pve is EPIC! i can imagine supergroups going at it in recluse's victory just like in the trailers for it! now before anyone goes nuts about this thread i want everyone to know that i do NOT want a flamewar. i just spoke on this controversial subjet to let people know just how fun pvp can be if they just removed DM, travel suppression, and healing rot. about DM i can't see how this makes any sense when the "weak" classes like defenders and corruptors are very strong when used on teams. travel suppression just makes no sense what so ever even in pve as superheroes and supervillains fight in midair all the time and things like that. and healing rot makes no sense to me because right now you can use green inspirations and no heal rot(i think) but healing powers arn't good in pvp. sorry for the rambling post but i had to get my point acrossed. and like i said, i dont like flamewars. im just bringing up a point.

when it comes to downloads like i think mids is i am very careful about them. the fact that my brother got a bad trojan a few days ago dosen't help. anyway can someone just post a great sample build on this thread that i can use? it would help a lot. thanks

the way i am looking to play is like the classic comic book paragon archetype(superman, original captain marvel,sentry,ect), busting heads while being super invulnerable. the build that would be right for me would be 50% damage and 50% defence(res and def). so i would like a build like that. and i just discovered somthing called "market tactics" so money probably wont be that much of an issue( just no 500000000 inf recipes!!!!!)

hello i have a realy fun inv/ss tank that i play about 4 hours a day 7 days a week on and he is almost 50. i am curently looking for a good pvp build for him. can you guys post one for me? i would like it if it cost less than 50 million. thanks

about 100 million or less. less is good.

i am looking for a cheap yet good axe/willpower build that is good for pve and pvp. new to the forums so originaly posted this in the wrong forum. anyway help with a build would be nice.
