I'm trying to organise a photo shoot for all the different halloween costumes, and wanted to arrange something in Pocket D. and after some discussion, figured why not try to make an event of it?
So who would be interested in a mass Union party in Pocket D this Saturday from 7ish. Volunteers for the photo shoot itself would also be appreciated.

And do we want to have a Halloween ball n halloween itself as well? Thoughts and comments welcome! If people can leave them all in the post of the same name in the Union Villains board, that'd be helpful!

You've not said what time you'd be starting. I'm assuming 7pm BST, same as tomorrow, but how late do you plan on running each week?

There is an AV on all the SSTFs except the first one, and that has the 4 simultaneous glowies on several missions. So if you can solo an AV, then its possible, but probably not recommended.

If people want to sign up for a second run through this TF, i'm happy to run it again after the first. Or if we can get another full team we can have a TF race.

After some problems with people chatting and some complaints about off-topic chat, there are now 3 different channels. The original Union Badgehunters which is for badge related stuff only, the related Union Chat which is for all off-topic chat and is generally entertaining when people get going, and a new channel called Union BH-Chat which is for both badges and chatting because some people don't like having two channels.

If you want to find any of these channels you click on "Tab" at top of the chat box and click "channel search". It can take a few click on search to get it to bring up all the channels, don't forget to add the channel to one of your numbered tabs so its easily accessible

It seems this forum is getting too popular (i'm shocked and appalled!) as that post has been been bumped onto the second page (and another new post has appeared while i was finding the links for this one!), so if you can reply in that thread if you can make it that'd be helpful.

Having completed two of the Shadow Shard TFs over the last two saturdays, I figured it would be nice to get the other ones done. And maybe, just maybe, do the others again as i'm sure many badge hunters are missing these. So i'm proposing regular SSTFs each weekend, starting with this:

Who: Sara Moore in the Cascade Archipelago
When: This Saturday, 23rd June, at noon British time!
How long: not entirely sure, be prepared for 7 hours, should take less than 6 I hope.
How many: 8 people to start, looks like only 1 is needed
level: 40-50.
Reward: The pleasure of my company! Huh? You want more? Fine, Destroyer of Strength badge and a fair amount of inf.

Hmm...so how many people would be interested in running a SSTF this Saturday during double XP? I'm thinking number 4: Slayer of Madness aka The saga of Lanaruu is a good choice. I'm not entirely sure how long it is supposed to take, i'd guess about seven hours, seems to be a mix of goto and defeat all missions, but it does have five AVs! mmm...XPlicious.
I plan to be on as early as possible on Saturday, so i'm thinking an 11 or 12 o'clock start (UK time), i'll mention it on UBH when i'm on and see how many we can get.

For reference, its level 44-50 and requires 8 people to start but only requires 4 to complete some of the missions (much like the first SSTF). You can find more info here!

Hope to see all of you on saturday, get your grinding spandex on, you're in for a loooong ride.

After completing the 1st SS TF last saturday, the five of us who were left decided that we would be running the second one after Double Xp weekend. The plan is Saturday 23rd June, starting at noon. Now a couple of them were unsure whether or not they could make it, so hopefully we'll have room for you four. Guess we'll see on the day who's available, and we will need 8 people to start it.

The 2nd one seems to have quite a few less missions, so i'm guessing 4-5 hours if we push through it. I'll post back on here nearer the time and get people to double check they can make it etc.

Damn, can't do friday nights. Oh well, good luck, post on here after to let me know how things went.

Two things i thought i'd mention.
Firstly, you need to explain what you mean by a Hami costume (no auras/wings or the colour coded spandex look they implemented for some of the older hero raids?)

Secondly, after the last raid, and a bit of testing with mito ranges, I suggest people respec in team TP & group fly if they can. Seems to be the key to getting in close enough (and high enough) to actually hit something before you faceplant. One of each on a team especially helpful.

And one last thing THE RAID PROCESS IS STILL IN TESTING SO DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU AREN'T PREPARED TO CO-OPERATE AND DIE MANY MANY TIMES!
After you hit the debt cap you can stop worrying about it and may as well try and enjoy yourself.
It may take several hours to get the tactics down, but i'm hopeful!

I'm up for this with my Rad/Rad Defender (approx. level 18). And i've got a backup stealth/teleporter in case we need one.

Short answer: no this badge doesn't exist for villains.

Long answer: The fire fighting badges are for putting out fires & killing the hellions that start the fires in Steel Canyon, as you said. However, although the first badge does have a different title for villains, its not a badge that we can get. This information is taken from the game files (think they're called PIGG files), where they always have a title for both. For example, the Patriot exploration badge in Atlas Park has a different title for villains. Why? Because. Until the time when villains get to switch sides or invade Paragon city properly, we will never get these badges, so don't worry about it.

I have several low level villains that could do with a workout, but it depends what you mean by regular. Someone whos on every day/evening, once a week starting at a set time? Give us a better idea of how often you want to play them and take it from there. Heck, if several people are interested why stop at a duo? Just run with everyone who turns up each week!

Oh the other question is what you want from the team? A grind to 50 as fast as you can go, a social event where XP isn't important, maybe to cover as many story arcs as possible? The more detail you give the better, in my opinion.

I will be running this badge mission at 8pm this Sunday 4th March.

I'm usually on over the weekends, and on the Recluse SF channel. Not sure if there is more than one channel but may be an idea to sort something along those lines.

There is indeed, its called Union Badgehunters. In case you don't know, select one of the numbers above the chat boxes, and right click the tab on it. Go to Edit Tab, then Join Channel. Put in the name above and click OK. This should automatically put it in the list of selected channels, and set it as the default channel. If it doesn't, select it from the list of channels on the right hand side of the edit tab screen, and move it across. Set it as default. Name the tab something helpful, and okay out of that screen.

Then whenever you want to see whats happening badgewise, click on the tab and have a look-see. If you want to chat on it, select the "A" chat button (just above where you enter the text, its the one on the right if your graphics are too good to read it), open the "UBH" tab (or whatever you called it) and click on the name of the tab. The chat entry bar should change from "global" to "UBH", enter your message and there you are.

If you want more information on the different badges, try going to City Info Terminal and the useful Vidiotmaps.

Right, i'm not going to be farming this week on account of the Hero hunt. See the Badgehunter Channel for more info. I may see some of you there. Though i do have to ask, is Tuesday the best night for Badge hunting? The lack of interest in the last couple of weeks has been slightly depressing, and i'd like to get a large & regular crowd going. Suggestions, advice etc. are all welcome as i'd hate to lose out on regular badge farms.
