I just respec'd into the build I have below and don't seem much better off than I was before. The only difference is that in the previous build I had Combat Jumping, Fire ball and Fire shield from the EPP.
I was having endurance issues before.. I couldn't properly throw my controls down without having to hit Transference every 3-4 clicks.
I'm in the same boat, yet still adding my last few set bonuses. Unfortunately the list below doesn't have the current sets since I'm at school and not at home to look at the build.
I did put celerity Stealth in Sprint. Also, I love the combination of ID and SS. but I know a lot of people don't care for ID.
Anyways. I'll repost the whole build later with the actual sets.. but any thoughts on what I have so far?

So I've made it to level 22 with my new Earth/Rad named MR. Zong. I'm loving it a lot and am probably going to enjoy it a lot more now that I've enhanced it up a bit (Pretty much ran to 15 with no enhancements and have been adding them bit by bit)
When there is a kinetics around SB'in me, I feel pretty solid as far as holding. I don't have any IO sets YET, probably going to wait unil 35ish for those. Until then SO's and standard IO's.
Other than the link I posted earlier taking you to the build i was going to try and follow, any specific IO sets that is a MUST HAVE in any of my powers?

I like the builds posted here and am also currently trying to re-work my lvl 50 Inv/SS tank: "TUXEDO LIKE A BOSS".
My power selections are close to the same as yours. However I didn't go with an EPP, and have resist elements and resist energies.
Also, I have Taunt 6-slotted with perfect zinger.
My S/L is ungodly with all of the Reactive Armors I have in place and the bonus in perfect zinger.
My main issues have to do with endurance and surviving those psychic clockwork and whatnot.
I guess I could go without R-Elements. Also, no manuevers on Tux. I don't seem to need the extra S/L.
However, I think I do wanna respec into an EPP and it seems like energy mastery is recommended. Conserve power and Physical perfection seem to be important, although I was toying with the idea of taking cold/ice mastery for the AoE's due to SS's lack of them.
Do we need to still take Dull Pain with Physical perfection? PP seems to take the place of DP in a way with the added bonus of the endurance recovery. Also, I only seem to need to pop Dull Pain when I'm experiencing psychic damage. -
Thanks for all the ideas. A lot of you made me really question what to go with and after thinking about it and talking with my friends about what they are making, I went with an Earth/Rad. A fire/fire tank is joining me as is a ?/dark scrapper. Another friend might be joining with a claws/sr scrapper they made a while back too. Was hoping one of them would want to make a FF def, but I couldn't convince any of them
I saw Local_Man's guide and will go by that quite a bit. I'm thinking of not slotting much (if at all) for damage and to just make sure acc, -defense debuff, and recharge time are slotted for a lot of my powers.
Also, thoughts on taking Stealth to hide a bit from baddies? I'm going to get Hasten (maybe SS) and taking recall friend and TP.
Team support, that's what I'm about. -

I have two Macs and have CoH installed on both of them. I prefer playing on my desktop just because it's easier. I haven't played on my laptop since late may and knew I had some updates to run.
Also, the day before I decided to run the updates, I installed Snow Leopard on both.
The DT works fine, game runs great for me.
The Laptop is just constantly going through "connecting..." I've gotten up to attempt 35 one time.
Do I just need to delete the game and reinstall from my architect dvd?\
Or is there something else I can do to get my updater to start running my updates? I've tried this wireless and hard wired, makes no difference.

I would say follow DSorrow's build as much as possible. I have pretty much the same thing going on with my inv/ss tank who is sitting at 37 and I come across very very little that can hurt me.
I don't have resist elements or energies yet and I only come into real issues with psionic enemies.
ALL of my primaries that take a resist damage enhn i have 4 slotted with Reactive Armor and i have 2 or 3 single target attacks with smashing haymaker in it to get the S/L set bonus.
Also, full set of Perfect Zingers on taunt is amazing.
Finally, i agree with skipping unstopable and heal self and I'd say get tough and weave.
Like I said, there really isn't anything that can hurt me at the moment, and when I get resist energies I will very very very rarely have faceplant issues. -
Hey guys. I've made a couple tanks in my many years playing the game, yet have never really considered doing a stone tank until this last weekend where I got my Stone/Fire tank, Gaia's Might up to lvl 20 via dxp.
Now I'm getting to the point where I need to slot her and am not sure how to go about it since pretty much all i hear is "Respec at 32, get rid of the other armors except granite".. which I'm down with, I just am curious as to what others have done until that point.
I've searched the new tank guide forum and some of the links seem to be broken.
I was wondering if anyone could give me a direct link to a good stone/fire tank guide, or any stone guide for that matter.

I'm planning on making an earth troller soon to go along with my plant/therm, fire/kin and ill/kin and am wondering what other players find as the best secondary for it?
It's obvious that /kin is great for any troller/team, but since I have 4 characters with /kin between my trollers and corruptors, I was thinking of something else?... unless it's just unanimously voted that /kin wins hands down.
I like the idea of sonic for the shields and massive debuffs, but am open to any suggestions.
Thoughts? Builds?

Anyone have a good Ill/Kin build and/or guide for post i-10? Only things I'm finding on here is i9 or prior.
