And no - you didn't offend me <,< I don't even have a problem with furries really - its just definitely not me <@.@>; I'm very well... my catgirls all tend to be what I call "1/4" mode - which is 1/4 kitty. Ears, Tail, that's all <@.@> Maybe the occasional cat-like mannerism, but mostly 'human' (I consider them a race, akin to elves, dwarves, humans, etc...; so I guess "sentient creature" would fit best).

The only reason I even brought it up >.<; is cause well, I don't like being categorized even accidently <,<; and earlier this week I was called an "emo furry" <'x'> Admittedly - a beyond stupid insult (I've likened it to the text version of a 9 year old taking a swing at a professional boxer - verbally my foe is no match) - just the same, its a term I'd like to avoid for myself >.>;

Yumii's gone through some *massive* changes over the years. She's existed since pre-I1, though she started out as a Katana/Dark, went to Claws/Inv, then BS/SR, then Kat/Regen, then Dark/Regen, then when they re-did the animations, back to Katana/Regen - then eventually after 39 levels of that, when I got my new account - she hit 50 as a Katana/SR >.>;

Oh right, the pictures <O.O>; She has had so many freaking costumes...

Note: She's had so many costumes that I've lost well over 3/4s of them from the first 2/3s of her existance. All of this stuff is from the Katana/Regen and Katana/SR phases >.>;

Ninja mode! - This grew out of This ; which was a Naruto inspired costume I did.

The Naruto costume inspired my civvies as well! I love the vest look.

I've had this one since I4 too - but dropped it for the vest costume - This one died shortly after I came back in I6 - Yumii had matured beyond highschool age and so her dressing as a schoolgirl put too much 'sex' into the character. I mean, I won't say she's prudish - but she's not flirtatious in the least, and now that she's 22, the schoolgirl thing has gone from "a unfiorm to wear" to "I look like a [censored]". It was cute when she was younger in my mind though. The vest costume replaced it because she's in college now.

How does a non-powered hero deal with giant robots? Robot muscles of course! The Power Harness is the most recent addition to Yumii's costumes - its my rationalization for how a 'powerless' (as in - not super powered) girl could cut a giant robot with a katana. It worked on Samurai Jack!

She's also sported Formal Robes, which I picked up due to an obsession with Bleach at the time. I also just flat out liked the look. I dropped it because, though cool, and it even fit her to a degree - it made her "too mature" for my taste. It put her personality more in line with the novel version of the character, rather than the CoH version.

! This was Yumii's original "Alternate server" (ie: alternate world" ) costume! I enjoyed it then... though I dropped it because it didn't 'feel right' somehow. It fits the character, figting style etc... but I just didn't like *something* about it ><;

Anyways, needless to say, there are more - but I don't have pics for some of the REALLY old ones.

Good start. I must say tho, that the problem with Cat girls and "Furries" in general is there ears.

Mainly cause when drawing humans, the ears are a pretty good "landmark" to base off your other anatomomical structures and what not.

Good start tho, You may want to add in the Jugular lines so you know where her Collar bones are, cause right now they seem off.

Thanks WP <^_^>m I'm going to try more fine-arts stuff in the future - I do enjoy it; its not "my bag" per-se (I'm a manga/anime artist first, but that's because its one thing I absolutely geek out over)

But I do enjoy it - and I want to improve my artistic skills and I thin this is a great opportunity to do that ><

There's always Painter. Whether or not it's better is an "eye of the beholder" type of thing. I know Gill uses both Painter and Photoshop.
