Can not use w/ Sheild defense?

Because wouldn't you have to have a whole second set of animations for that pairing?

As I remember it Incarnate stuff wasn't actually included with Going Rogue at release

Buying Going Rouge gave you access to Praetoria, Tip/morality missions, and the 1-20 Praetorian arc.

Then they released Incarnates, which you could only access buy owning Going Rouge. Now they're changing it so you don't have to own Going Rogue to play Incarnates (because it's really an intrinsic aspect of endgame, and will probably only be moreso as it continues to develop) but you have to maintain a subscription.

I don't see what the problem is here. Makes perfect sense to me. I was wondering if powers would be disabled for Premium Players or it you got to use what you earned even if you subscription expired, but either way makes sense to me.

If you're a Veteran who wants to continue to enjoy all the things you love about CoH, then you're going to have to maintain a subscription. That's all there is to it. Premium status is just there so you still have a safety net within the game if you can't afford it for a month.

It's not like you lose all the stuff you paid for. You just don't have access to it when you're not paying a subscription. You still have access to way more stuff than the free-loaders.
