Also, as you selected Provoke, I thought you might be aiming to tankermind so I aimed for soft cap S/L defenses and managed to make it while still getting decent recharge, not the ultimate recharge you got but hopefully it might give you a few ideas and maybe be more effective?

I kept all the powers you selected except I swaped out Super Jump (I use Ninja Run) and selected the aoe immobilize from the villain pool you selected. It has a lot of uses with your build. I believe it has minus knockback in it, so your tornados can do tons more damage without knocking the enemies away.

I moved your Force Feedback from Hurricane to Gale. I don't remember why but I seem to recall it's better in Gale and doesn't work well in Hurricane. Since your aoe immobilize has minus knockback, you can aim Gale at a bunch of immobilized foes and have a lot of chances to proc Force Feedback to gain Perma Hasten.

I put the chance for build up in the 3 thugs since it gives three times as many chances to proc it, but I believe to bonus still applies to all pets.

Gale and Freezing Rain aren't usually slotted for damage sets as their damage is so low. Freezing Rain is one of your most important powers, and is often slotted with procs as I have done here. It makes it lots of fun!

If this doesn't help, I am sorry but maybe there will be at least one idea that will help you.

RichHi, I posted a reply to your question about Thugs/MM build. It doesn't have as much recharge as yours, but hopefully it might give you a few ideas. I hope it helps a little.

2 things I forgot to mention in the post:

The proc in Absolute Amazement set in Thunderclap is bugged and does Absolutely nothing I am told

Also, if you want some stealth, you can get a stealth IO and put it in Sprint, then turn sprint on when you want to stealth.

    take care,
    Rich
Thanks much for the feedback, I actually am not dead set on tankerminding with this character. I'm not even sure if it is viable. I took Provoke for lack of a better idea pretty much and I remembered I could get beratements for pretty cheap, for more recharge. My goal is as much +recharge while remaining viable. Whether that means I need more defense or not is something I'm not certain. This is my first take on a build of my own.

    Recharge first, everything else second.

EDIT: Yours actually has a lot more recharge than mine somehow. I can't figure it out.

yeah, but I wouldn't soubound BU be better served in Bruiser? Between Lady grey %neg damage, achilles -res proc, and three nucleolus I think enforcers is pretty much set.
  4. I think the school of thought is, since purples are Character-wide uniques. You get more mileage out of putting them into the strongest powers first. AKA your Boss's. Same goes for most other types of powers, not just pets.
  5. Please?
Okay I gave it another shot. I figured I'd actually get feedback if I at least attempted to finish the build. I'm trying to get as many tornadoes, t-storms, and gang wars as possible.

    Please. Feedback is infinitely appreciated.

  8. At the very least can I get feedback on the powers I already slotted, please?
  9. hmm I just want to try and have as near perma-gangwar as possible, as many tornadoes as humanly possibly and same goes for t-storms.
Going to pop this into mids and see what's going on when I get a minute. Thanks for the feedback. I still want all my pets to be pretty effective as well.

More so... Everyone has a bad moment.
Try not to judge someone entirely based on a few seconds (even if they sort of did that themselves).

Seriously... beyond just this one silly little interaction, it's a good idea to not just assume someone who makes one poor decision is an utter jerk who you should never deal with again.

Sure, it sounds like an immature, vent-it-out freely, annoying sort of person... (I've met quite a few of those).
Maybe they'd had a string of rotten luck all day (all life maybe, hehe).
    Big deal.
Were you that hurt about it?

Maybe they were actually being nice... and just used that as an excuse, rather than say that you smelled (yes, stupid joke... sue me).

    My opinion,
While just spitting that out into Team Chat and quitting is not nice and hardly spreads a good feeling unto others, the personal preference is entirely okay.
I have to admit that I've often found Demons annoying.
I've never quit because of them or anything... so I'm not saying that.
However, there is not a thing wrong with someone following that personal rule if that is how they feel about it and/or what it takes to keep it fun for themselves.
The comment, though... is lame. I find explaining yourself goes a long way.

"((Ugg... I've had a raging headache all day and I really can't handle a Demon Master Mind. I'm sorry... not anyone's fault. I'm going to bail. No hard feelings. I hope you all have a great run and a fun time))"

Of course, some call me wordy.
I like to think of it as being communicative.

    Blah blah blah...

And, actually... looking at the quote again, he did say sorry.
Sometimes things are all about the context you read into the text.
With the lack of wordiness most people tend to have in games, I'd even back off of my own comments about just how bad of a comment it was from the Defender.
Despite my dedication to doing such deeds, I deem that this Defender doesn't demand my defense.
You're incredibly in-touch and in-tune with the world and how people are. I want to /friend you.

Yes, get spirit core paragon more rech is good. If you have trouble with end use a blue every now and then. On my build, i dont use consume or blues and my end is fine. But i have 5 purple sets in it.
Can you post your epicked farm build please?
  14. I'm stuck between 20-24 bronzes and 35-39 silvers
Silver is tempting but bronze is too because you get so many more rolls.
  15. Premise- Ultimate Recharge Build for Thugs/Storm (money isn't an issue)
I've tried to plug away at it as much as possible until I kind of hit a wall at Tornado.

P.s. yes, Xandier I looked at your guide, I couldn't find enough information about IO's and such on there. A sample build would be a cool addition.

    Shame
Even if it did, you probably didn't notice it. I have the io in Tactics and I don't even remember seeing it, and if I did it's one of those occasions where you don't quite remember if it really happened or was just a dream.

Has anyone tested or can confirm whether or not it works?

    Thanks

I think I'm going to do this, because I still need a lot of the Io's myself lol.
Also sorry can you clarify what you meant by nobody wants to buy kinetic combats?

EDIT: Also /bindloadfile is apparently broken at the moment. Ugh.

So farming = Ticket cap? What is the most efficient way to use those tickets? I'm assuming the end goal is Inf.

I've seen people mention 90 second 1500 tix times, and I'm really curious about that. Dropping from my usual x3/8 to -1/8 only cut my time down 1-2 minutes or so (still well over 90s)... although I did forget to turn bosses off. Need to re-time with them off...

If people are wary of posting their pet arcs, we can get a list of people volunteering to get #s, and then PM them an arc. I'm sure someone with more editor knowledge than I could probably whip up a temp arc just for the occasion...
If you'd like to help fund the rest of my sets, I'd gladly participate.

So there is no need to spam your attacks at all, as you go about your attack chain they simply get combined.

Stragglers, other than a large mob of them, are not to be attacked. This is a waste of time are you should hopefully be at or near the ticket cap before it’s an issue.

You still combine insp using the forward button, which can un-center you and cause burn (at to a lesser extent FS) to not be at the target cap unless you only press it when you are rooted. But if that’s what you want, ok.

And you still haven’t addressed that you don't want to combine insp outside of AE, unbinding every time you go use your alt build and rebinding when you change back is just a *****.
You make a point, but there is about a half a second where you don't move when a movement key is pressed. (inertia I guess) quickly tapping strafe right and left doesn't really have an effect on your position, to speak of.
