DR hits range enhacements, it just does it much in the way that it does with other enhancements (letting ED do the work before hitting it hard). -

I love my rad/rad but fire doesn't have the rooting, range, casting times and recharge problems that rad primary does.
back when debuffs were cool and you could throw 800 pt scourging + proc'ing blazes (i12 was so gud :-() it was awesome.
but now, dark/colds and rad/colds are 100x/20x better for dueling and sonic/colds are top of the line corruptor-wise if you're thinking of using it in a team.
also, if you have recharge problems on a rad/rad, you're building horribly. i had zero recharge issues on a +recovery/+hp build on a rad/storm. with AM + some +recharge focus, the only way your rad will suck is if -divine built it. -

oh and doms are farm targets but thats irrelevant. They are good on small teams though.
and yeah, doms are farm targets 'cause people are bad. numerically speaking, doms are supposed to be able to take a lot more heat that blasters when you factor in high to-hit scenarios and no heal decay.
yet somehow, people find ways to get farmed on doms even when they have competent support. -

A good dom will do more than just set up spikes.
BUT there's no good team doms in this game anymore.
Simply spamming dots on blasters has a noticeable effect on the opposing team's DPS (interrupting snipes ftw). Being able to wormhole people to corners, as well as cage them is definitely good use of disruption time.
And movement slows still work if you have PB to back them up (if i can prep and slow a target on a grav/kin without pb, a grav/nrg spamming -jump_heights and good damage should be able to do even more). -

For zone Grav is really the top set when it comes to doms. My grav/fire is a million steps ahead of either my mind/fire or fire/elec doms when it comes to zone play. You have a KB power that does decent damage and wormhole is retarded easy to leverage, especially if you're on a team.
As to teaming... i really think it depends, musey. PB'd Crush + GD stacking is pretty sick. While, yeah, you can set up kills better on a Fire dom because (i believe) the duration on the stun from flashfires is better than the one from wormhole and the recharge on flashfires is definitely quicker, a grav/nrg used as a disruptor can do a lot more than a fire/nrg. -
