I can't even begin to think of all the times I've been in the lower levels standin' in front ofa Mob with 0 Endurance and 0 Blues, waitin' for Rest to recharge...
This would be a great thing to implement if only for QoL.
I can't think ofa *good* reason (5am) but when you want the Ironman badge (1m points of damage taken) for the Born in Battle Accolade, Rest is pretty handy to have.
Again, like I said, its not a good reason and I find I'm askin' myself why I even bothered to type it. XD -

Anyways, I have a mate that has a Stoner and the name of that Toon sums up my feelings for Stone Armour completely... Poo Suit
But serioursly, I'm for anything that'll make me want to play a Stoner but I can't see them completely gettin' rid of the -Movement part to the set.
What I'd do for Stone Armour?
1) Erase name and replace with Invulnerability.
2) Cut all powers from Invul and paste into SA.
3) Play.
4) WIN!

I like this idea, I've seen a few threads that were tryin' to suggest something similar and they were all shot down, which is completely understandable.
This is different, it would make pickin' names for all newly created toons a lot easier.
I'm lazy and also a little thick so I'd make all my toons have the same name as my global and be done with it. -

Soloing Ouro arcs is tedious and lame, add in a few more people and it becomes fun and pretty fast.

I've not yet made this toon but I have always kinda wanted a Fiery Aura Scrapper, just for a "FLAMIN' SCRAPPAH!!" type of thing, you know?
It will be used as a farmer but like most of my toons which get used for farmin' the majority of their time will be spent on normal content.
My End Drain is a little high but with Consume I think I should be alright, I hope. I can only guess at the end result though and I don't really want to take Body Mastery for Physical Perfection.
I didn't take Temperature Protection because I wanted to fit in Fire Ball.
Does Quills and Blazin' Aura need +Acc slotted or will my global Acc be enough?
Also, is it possible to Soft Cap S/L without gimpin' me?
I can't seem to get it past 30%.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I didn't see a rule about not usin' the Glad Armour +def proc.
So here is my current DM/SD build, only thing I lost with the BotZ change was about 20 HPs and some Defense which I can afford to lose.
I don't use Smite in my chain, I replace that with Fire Blast. It is slightly less damage but eh, I don't need a tonne of DPS. I have an Ill/Rad if the mood strikes to solo some AVs and Pylons.

Hey all, I thought now would be a good time to do another all scrap TF.
With the recent addition of Electric Melee, and also the BotZ changes comin' up, I'm thinkin' now would be a good time to give your /SD and /SR and /whatever toons a final play before they get respec'd/deleted/shelved. A last hoo-rah, if you will.
I wouldn't mind givin' an MoITF a go but I think we'll be a little disadvantaged with no debuffs and the scrapper mentality.
This is just an assumption but I think the general consensus would be for it to be run at an average to fast pace.
The time will be 9:30-ish EST on Sunday.

Elly is right, its Justice and Freedom you want. Beware though, there are some fruitcakes on both servers, of course.
If you do go to Justice join the Australia channel. (/chan_join Australia) Its a public channel so anyone can join.
They run TFs/SFs nightly and they prefer to run Villian side, mostly.
I play on Champ because its the best bunch of people I know, the feelin' is that of a tight family, black sheeps and all. Plus the drama its some sweet sweet stuff, makes me giggle.
And Horus, we needa do another all Scrap TF. I creamed my pants on the last 1. It was that much fun. -

Was great fun yesterday, MAH got 7 kills on the 1st run (Hax!! I swear!
) and I got 6 on the 2nd, rawr!
Was kinda dreadin' it at the form up...Was the only Blaster, heh.
But it was fine and awesomely fun except for Nibz puttin' her taunt on auto and tryin' to KO Blow me outta the map every few seconds. XD
