Hello Virtue-nites!

I play only on Champion and a few months back a very large mob of SG's left to go to Virtue.
Now idk if that would make a massive difference but personally if i was to move servers i would go to Virtue.
Freedom has too many players that "work" instead of play the game and all the other server's have too small of a population to make teaming viable.

Im sure there are others that think the same.

Your RP'ing rep would pull in a lot of peoples
Freedom's fulla "undesirables"
And the rest just arnt big enough for some peoples tastes.

On a scrap I could see myself ditching True Grit for something I considered important, I dont think this would be the case for a tank but on a scrap the base resist it offers is only 11% which isnt all that much.


If you find that you dont take a lot of hits then yea, I would say True Grit is entirely dropable for you.

You can walk through YOUR own pets but try getting around a Tier 3 Bot in a cave on a 8ft brute...argh...
It would be nice if others could also move through the pets but eh, life goes on.

Personally i would choose Thermal over Pain Dom.

The debuffs Thermal has are far superior than that of Pains.
The heals from Thermal are enough i believe. The extra heal from Pain (Share Pain) is a little over doing it although Suppress Pain is a nice power; low end cost for a good regen boost, i wouldnt know how useful it would be with Bots though. They are more range then melee, true but their size would disadvantage them because Suppress Pain only has a radius of 15ft and the Assault Bot is more then likely 15ft by itself...

With enough recharge you could easily buff 4 pets with Forge for a 15% To Hit and a 30% Damage bonus i believe.
Where as World of Pain only increases thier To Hit by 7.5% and Damage by 12%, though it does also buff Damage Resistance by about 11% i think and it is a PBAoE so you could hit all 6 pets.
Both have a Mez protection power, though Pain's does inflict minor damage which can be ignored but it is a little off-putting IMO...
And if you dont want to buff an entire 8 man team...dont...Tell 'em you chose this power set for the pets and for me to buff 13 things would be murder!


All of that aside for me Thermal Radiation is the clear winner but it would depend on your play style as well i guess.

Idk how this works but i would love to get on one of your teams.
Just to mix it up a bit, meet new people and to break up the grind, you know?

Picture standing on the dock in Cimerora, 7 people are on the team, 3 are farming the wall while the leader and 2 others wait beside Imperious...A lone scrapper surveys the image before him out of boredom...

3 ships sit mored, rocking and straining against the ropes which bind them. 2 of the ship's cabin doors are visible, the 3rd faces west and will inevitable slow your entrance...The lone scrapper's face tightens into a grimace...

An 8th person appears in the team window, the scrapper checks his armours. As the 8th enters Cimerora 4 people drop down next to the scrapper...

"Speed run, Sybils only." Commands the leader...
A red arrow appears on the scrappers vision as he explodes into movement...



*Shudders*
*Stands up and starts to dial the local rehabilitation clinic*
*Stops*

*Midnight Grasp the phone and walks away*
