I have 2 toons pacted at level 38, as of yesterday, both are fine.

Anyone have this combo? If so, is it as awesome as i think it could be?

I see alot of ways to measure heights, but how do you actually stack the stuff? Like, make a stone block sit on top of another one. Is there a way to copy and paste or a different way of doing it?

I have the Invul/Stone tank i'd like to be uber with. He's fun to play. Would you take the time to post a "very fine" build? I'd be willing to pay you on Justice, if you have a toons there.

Just don't list purps because i refuse to buy them at the current prices. Anything else i will do. Influence isn't an issue with the other sets.

Funny how "sturdy" builds are defined. You can use common recipes on most builds and be fine. I think IO sets take you from "sturdy" to "great".

I have a stone tank and i ONLY run in Granite for the durability. It has "built-in" nerfs already. The only reason i only run granite is so i can spam taunt, use leaders powers, and slows and debuffs for the "team". I don't focus on killing, i focus on the team not getting killed.

/Ice doesnt do great damage anyways. lol

Farming is boring but standing at WW looking for niches isn't? lol. Ok.... Different strokes i guess. Personally, i like using the powers i play the game to get. Maybe Hasten will help the recipes drop in WW faster.... Who knows?

Uber, that's what i do also. You just gotta get the drops in order to sell them.. That's all i'm saying, ya know. I make millions easily, just not hundreds of millions. lol.

I always take stamina and 3 slot it. 2 end red and 1 perf shifter. (usually) My 2ndary is Stone Melee. I have 2 end red in each attack to keep them going, also.

I seen that Tough and Weave use .33 end each which is a good bit more than the toggles from Inv. and didn't know if 5% def was worth it. But i see Invinc. only has 1% so... Those just seem like little numbers when you see the resists are 10-15%.

Funny how marketeers say "do the work" to get the stuffs. lol. The ones actually RUNNING MISSIONS and farming are the ones that want a higher drop rate. Seems to me, thats more like "work" than standing in front of a WW employee.

As ive said before, the market is and can be manipulated due to the lack of supply. That's what irritates me about the whole thing. I farm PI (peregrine island) for those AE heroes out there, and i can farm it for a week at a time with no drops. That's kinda low, imo. I AM doing "work" but i feel like we shouldn't HAVE to use WW if we don't want to just to get stuff. Why can't we just be able to "work" in the way WE like and not the way YOU like to get stuffs???

If you dont have any inf, id sell and gets good IO sets for your build and then farm or whatever you do to get the better pieces later. If you have inf, then slot them and keep your build on the up and up. IMO.

I understand that purps are rare, but are they more rare now than last year? If so, why? What makes them worth 200mil and not the 30mil that they were?

I've never bought a purp and never will but still have 5 sets on my farmer. I give the ones i dont use away to friends or SG members.

If the reason is AE, then the devs need to look at this because their "old" rare ratio drops are probably 75% less than that now due to AE farming. So, the numbers need to be increased to keep the ratio what they should be, imo.

The thing is Dumbleberry, some people still like to play the missions portion of the game and would like to be able to slot and build their toons from the drops. Not from running to an auction and trying to find one for what YOU decide i should pay for it. Maybe other folks should pull their tin hats down up and see that NOT EVERYONE wants or likes WW and having to use it for recipes. But since the rates suck, that's what we are left with.

To tell people the WW is the best way to get stuff, well sir, that's YOUR best way. Others best ways would rather be from killing stuffs.

How do you know things arent listed at the cap? When is the last time you saw an Armageddon sold for 5 mil? When people see the last 5 sold for 180mil or 200mil, i doubt they list it for 1 inf.

Salvage is still selling for up to 200k for some. And?

With some recipes selling for close to or at 1 billion inf, i dont see how a cap could make anything sell any higher. The drop rates are ridiculously low, imo.

I've been wanting to make a dark tank or scrapper forever. I have made 2 spines/dark scrappers and deleted both at 34 due to end problems.

With that said, i think the best dark tank would be paired with dark melee for the end recov, but i could be wrong. During double xp next week, i'll prolly do one dark/dark. I'm just trying to figure out if i want a tank or scrapper. ?? lol.

How do you place, say, a monitor on the wall? They all just sit on the floor. Thanks.

If you like visuals, i'd say roll a Plant/Kin. Fun and useful to a team.

My wife has a Fire/Ice blaster. Ice provides some strategy and Fire is very nice damage.

If you wanna try to master a toon, roll a dark scrapper or tank and figure out the endurance usage. lol. I've had no luck.

Two of my funnest toons are Ice/Rad troller (awesome team helper), and my Fire/Shield scrapper. Also, anything /storm.

I've been complaining about the same thing for a year. lol. No luck yet as the purp prices went from 30 mil to 200 mil... I just farm PI and craft and keep them in the base for a build that may need them. So far, my farmer has 19 purps on her and i have 4 more purps in a bin and a couple numinas.

The only thing that is said here is "play the market", "become ebil", "nothing is wrong with the drop rate", " the game is still set to SO's, you dont need purples".....blah blah blah....

I say when hundreds of people are bidding and less than 5 are able to be purchased, something is wrong, imo. Allows too much manipulation to be had by greedy players. No heroes are gonna be found in CoH.

Claws looks like weapons to me also. If you look at the wiki custom screen for claws, half of them sit on the wrist. How can you customize something that comes out of your skin?

1) Why skip the 2 Resists? Is there not enough energy or fire damage to protect from at end game? (50) That's 10% resist and 20-20% effect resist. (what is effect anyway)

2) Tough, i usually get. Is weave really wanted? That's 5 toggles running, can the end. be maintained easily? (without getting alot of sets) I mainly just run common recipes on builds.

The main reason i wanted to try Inv. was the lack of end. usage it looked to consume in mids. I'd hate to have to get more toggles to run if not needed. Thanks for all the replies.
