I think the whole thing can be summed up by the staff's amazing lack of mental flexibility. From Posi's posts, to shockingly treating the blackout time (which wasn't even admitted to until after it was over) as sacred despite what reason would suggest, to the total lack of preparedness with their public venues, it seemed the whole time like they were reacting, rather than acting.

They were fun the first 2 times, now I just move to WW or log the toon.

But they can be fun at first.

Thing is, it usually takes at least a couple of characters to both experience all of the content (very hard to do with only one) and also learn the intricacies of the various types of characters to really be at that stage.

You can't even access the Shards before 40 blueside, so no.

Hmm...while I laud the warning posted here, I wonder why not doing so in game, as by all accounts only a fraction of patrons actually visit here.

You can do it outside of MA in less than 10 hours, but generally you have to know what you're doing.

I'm sorta wondering why someone (based on forum join date) who has been playing for less than 4 months is worried about doing so.

Learn some toons before worrying about PLing.
