I can't support Dr. Bong being on this list as he was meant to be funny and pathetic. It's like putting The Inferior Five on here.
Prez definitely belongs on this list as does Mogo and Pip the Troll.
I honestly have a major Hate-on for Plastic Man and B'wana Beast on the DC side and Marvel has given us the likes of Impossible Man and Paste Pot Pete nee The Trapster.
Saturday morning has offered us The Impossibles and Mighty Mightor all of which proves that sometimes a thing is so bad you don't know if it realizes how bad it is.
So, badness is everywhere, but, to some extent, it is in the eye of the beholder.
