i encountring this too and also can't pinpoint when it starts to go screwy .
the only thing i found that helps most of the time is before you alt tab press ctrl+alt+del to bring up the task manager box, 99% of the time it prevents this problem.
other than that i didn't find anything else that helps, hope this will help you out.

add me to the list of people having this bug too.
very annoying, i noticed the faster you move the worse the flickering is, really really annoying.
whatever they did to break the game like this i hope they'll fix it so soon as possible as this is really detracting from the playability of the game now.

i have the exact problem and no matter what i do, i restarted the computer relaunched the updater thousnds of times it doesnt download any patch and i can't enter the eu servers

i too seems to be having problems, on defiant i keep getting disconnected a few minutes after i enter it and on union its almost as bad.
does anyone else encountered this?

i have a problem and thought maybe someone here already came upon it.
since last issue i had a situation that happened once before and now after it ran ok last time happened again.
i launch the patcher and he writes downloading file manifest and than fixing files:city of heroes.exe.

last time it happened i told the inode32 to ignore the coh folder and it ran ok after that but today it happened again.

any idea why and how i can prevent it from happening again?

1 - is the minimum level 24? if so count me in with a brute level 27, don't remember his name now but ill post it as soon as i do.
