  2. I ran afoul of this too. My account lapsed for a couple of days due to a lost wallet and a lapse in the bank sending me my new debit card. I Did file the petion, but was told no.

    I don't much like it but I've learned to live with it.

    I am a bit sad though. I was in CoH and CoV betas. I've been a customer for well more than half the time CoH has existed. GR will be the FIRST game in the string I won't be in the beta for (Except obviously the last tier preorder.

    Again, I'm sad about it, but that's life. For one reason or another I failed to fulfill their criteria, so it is what it is.

    Build seems really nice for the budget. I'd want some more hp/regen on an sr but that'd mean more cash. You should be golden.
    On the off chance this build holds me after lvl 50 I might invest more into fancier sets, but for now this'll do.

    Bw, have the new pack now. Ninja Run is awesomesauce, and the supression is a minor inconvience at most.

    Also looks great on my BS/Shield scrapper. May need to spec her out of the leaping pool now. Woo that'll open two power slots!

  5. Female tight pants lower body option doesn't have access to the new boots (neither warrior nor tai).

    I assume his is an oversight as it's pretty clearly not a clipping issue (tai boots clip far worse with the tucked pants than they would with tight pants)

  7. Neither the new warrior boots nor the tai boots are available for the tight pants option in lower body on females. It's not a clipping issue as they ARE available for tucked in pants (and the tai clip like mad).

    Was this intended or should I bug it? If it's intended it seems a bit arbitrary...

    Or is it a simple oversight?

    Were there any other myths in this thread I needed to bust? :P
    I thought I'd heard that it suppressed. I don't know personally as I'm buying the pack tomorrow.

    Actually I'm pretty happy with the build where it is now. Only thing I'd like is to fit in Stealth. Which just isn't happening...

    It'll take something rather impressive (and still affordable) to budge me now. :P

    I'da had to lose Health anyway to fit it, and then I'd be back on Square one.

    the most recent build should be fairly cheap and will give me Melee: 39.9% (plus DA so capped so long as I'm not sanding still mid combat so at least 54.3% single stacked) Ranged: 47.5%, and AoE: 48% thus allowing some debuff though the debuff resistance is at 99.3% so not so much of a problem anyway...

    All in all not bad. If there are any holes I'm not seeing them.

  16. OK, ok... I can only take so much. Some CHEAP sets are beginning to work their way into the build. (see below)

    I still can't work out how to keep both tier one fitness powers and add Health back in, but I'm still hoping to get it figured out. I HAVE, however, managed to work in a total of +40% Haste bonuses between Quickness and set bonuses, so no Recharge Reds needed...

    As for working CJ in, I'd be all for it but the only feasible thing to drop for it would be stealth and dangit all that takes me below Def Cap AND still doesn't get health in there. I'm still working on that tho. Mind uou I like the idea of CJ+Hurtle unsuppressed movement in battle... Ninja Run being suppressible and all.

    Grr...

Figuring that I'll likely only be running FA occasionally anyhow. Is this wrong?

    yes, pretty much so. I'm mostly interested in softcapping defense, taking all of the attacks, and moving fast. Frankly, I'm not usually interested in playing a toon much pas lvl 50. Just seems like beating a dead horse to me so I rarely bother with sets beyond one or two simple cheap ones. After 50 I'll probably only trot it out from time to time for Itf's and Mothership Raids. I's POSSIBLE I'll redo it with sets once I hit 50, but that's a long ways off. I'll burn that bridge when I get there. I've got 4 50's so far and rarely play them now.

I think my longest recharge time is 11 seconds, and what with a possible 6 attack chain, I wouldn't think I'll ever be without some attack ready.

  18. Well I took Stealth and planned on a Stealth IO so I'd essentially have full invis.

    Do I REALLY need to slot defense in DA? It's pretty darned good right out of the box, and once I'm leveled up it's sorta moot anyway.

    Maybe the thing to do is swap Kick for Health and then respec ot back to kick when I'm high enough level to add tough/weave...

    I've played a claws/SR scrapper up to lvl 33ish and liked it fine so I'm not too interested in messing with Elude.

    Do the following build until lvl 46 then swap it back to the original one I posted. Perhaps. This would work Health back in until lvl 46ish and postpones Stealth until after stamina.

    Thoughs? Opinions?

  19. OK, yet another Ninja build in honor of the new Ninja Pack. I've been wanting a katana scrapper for ages, and this seems like a good opportunity for it. Can I get some opinions on this build? For now It's strictly generic IO's. Planning sets will come later.

    So far I'm pretty happy with he build except for one glaring issue. No Heath. I know I can drop Swift or Hurdle for it, but I'd really like to keep them both. How much will I miss it? How bad will it hurt me? Is there something else I could readily lose to get Health back in there?

    Any opinions?

    How big is Praetoria? Is it a single new zone like Cimerora or is it a series of new zones like CoV?

    I would assume the former but hope for the latter!

    Socialization space. Heroes have Atlas Park as a centralized easy to access place to socialize and see and be seen. Villains really don't have anything like this, mores the pity.

    Will Praetoria have a nice convenient location for this? Assuming Praetoria is accessible for both heroes and villains will there be a nice spot for us all to hang out and hold CC's :P

  22. Agreed. It was a very small patch. Too small for new graphics I'm afraid.

    Beginning to wonder if the pack will be out today at all.

    Though thinking about it, that witch top sneaking out a while back suggests that the graphics are already in... So..
