  1. Picked up the 'Exterminator' badge mission... I've heard it's ideal for farming Rikti Monkeys for the Zookeeper Badge. So I thought I'd see if anybody are interested in some serious farming sometime this week? A team of 4-5 is supposedly ideal...

I'm pretty fluid on the timing... tuesday, friday, saturday, sometime 'round that layer. If you're interested, please mention what days would fit you best, and I'll compare notes and find the best time.
  2. Okay, guess we won't be getting a full team, but whatever... we'll meet at the ferry in PI - 12 noon BST - and see if we can't pick up some more teamsters. See ya there...
  3. ...unless you're a Necro/Dark Mastermind, then they're pushovers.
  4. Time? I'm pretty sure I wrote that in the original post...

    *whistles innocently*
  5. Okay, so, double exp week-end, huh? That's very nice. Seriously.

Wait, you get double inf and prestige too? NOW you're talking.

Here's the idea... instead of just trolling around for random pick-up teams, how about a bunch of us 50's get together on saturday and makes some truly sickening ammounts of influence and/or prestige? Personally, I'm working on the 3 last Inf-badges, and I'm probably not the only one. Other may need large ammounts of inf to supply lower-level SG-mates who are low on cash due to running in SG mode. And some may just want to make lots of prestige for their SG's. Whatever the reason, there's no such thing as 'Too much inf'...

So. Let's team up, eh? Run some level 50 missions, on Invincible, killing everything in sight - basically doing whatever we can to optimize our IPS (Influence Per Second) and taking whatever we can get. I'm in with BlackDragon. Who's with me?

We'll start at 12 noon, BST, unless anybody's got a better idea...
  6. I just wanna pipe in and say that Zweistein is a BRILLIANT name!

The only disadvantage I noticed was when they attack a cot lt (can't remember the name, but these guys have invincible(FM/INV), so they just kept missing lol).

That would be the Behemoth Overlord... yeah, figured that would be a problem. You might also want to be careful of various other foes who uses PBAoE self-buffs, like Soul Drain or similar - there are a handful of such attack that allows the enemy to grow stronger the more foes he is facing.

Personally, I would probably slot 2/2/2 with dam, acc and recharge - just to avoid ED completely.

    A certain Macro

Mind, that will just make you do the point-emote in whatever direction you happen to be facing... won't turn you to face the target. So you could easily end up pointing at an entirely different area than the one your pets attack...

If you haven't gotten this already, I just got it on my Peacebringer. Send me a PM, or an ingame global tell on @BlackDragon if you're still interested...
  10. Oh yeah, Fu Leng was great - I recall a particular situation in the last mission, where we'd just jumped over a river of lava, and right into the face of a bunch of demonspawn - and virtually ALL of the 16 henchmen we were dragging along with us, ended up in the river. Fu Leng singlehandedly held off the demons - with a bit of help from Green Witch - while we masterminds were desperately resummoning our pets... looked really dramatic and heroic.
Too bad he's supposed to be a villain.
  11. Well, although not everybody showed up, we went ahead and did it... Bat'Zul wasn't easy, but once we'd gotten him outta the lava, we basically had him. Got a little tense right at the end when he fled into the lava again, but it was too late for him...

Now, I NEVER want to take my mastermind into another lava-map. >.<
  12. Doesn't look like we'll be crowded, so come right along - at this point, even if everybody who expressed interest shows up, we're only on 8. So yeah. See ya in an hour...
  13. Heh, nice going, mate - who's next on your level-to-50 list?
  14. Okay, we've got the minium number for it... when we start, I'll do some random calls for interested parties to join - but failing that, taking down Bat'Zul with just the 5 of us SHOULD be possible - at least if you all followed my advice and brought Shivans. And maybe a few nukes.
  15. I just heard that Green Witch will be joining us as well, so providing that everybody who's said they'll be there, actually show up (extremely unlikely, but a theoretical possibility), we've got the minimum team at least.

I'd like to once again remind you that bringing a Shivan Shard will probably be a VERY good idea - as well as any other useful temp-powers you can get your hands on, such as Warburg Rockets. If half of what I've heard about Bat'Zul is true, he's an extremely tough nut to crack, so we'll need all the help we can get.
  16. Obviously, he just teamed up with someone hunting hellfrosts/doing the Soul Taker mission, without SK'ing, so he didn't get any exp...

Anybody could do that - it's just a matter of having friends willing to give you a free ride.
  17. Good luck on that, 39 is a VERY long level...

Anyway, having done this task-force a while back, I just wanna comment that somebody should arrange an insane 'Ironman TF Challenge', where you run Positron and Dr. Quaterfield, back-to-back, with no pauses other than the necessary bio-breaks...

Anyone who completes that without going insane is certainly deserving of a unique badge!
  18. Hmm... better make sure y'all got a couple of Shivans handy. Even after the recent patch, AV's got enough regen to make taking them down with a team of 5 rather chancy (And it doesn't look like we'll have a team of 8...) without regen-debuff.

And we will, after all, be facing two of the kind...
  19. So, tell us about these Statesman-origin Enhancements...
  20. Virgil Tarikoss SF - Beast Under the Mountain. Minimum team of 5, minimum level 15. Rather short SF, only 6 missions. Now that AV's and Hero's are beatable without massive regen-debuffing again, I thought it was about time to take a shot at this thing.

Sunday 9th, starting early afternoon, say about 2 PM BST/15:00 CET?

I'm there on my level 29 Mastermind, Vrykola. Who's with me? Let's see some hands, folks...
  21. Ehm... I presume that by 'Strike ForceSHARKHEAD Isle', you mean the 'Temple of the Waters' SF given by Strike Force Operative Renault, often called the Leviathan SF... if so, the minimum entrance-level is 25.

Ordinarily, I'd be interested, but I'm trying hard to avoid hitting 30 before I get the Bling-badge, and I'm already 29 - I want those Buzzsaw arcs.
  22. *sings* We're on our way to Viridian City...

    ...what?
  23. A'right, at 6 I'll send tells to the peeps who expressed interest here, and then I'll put the word out over DefiantBadgers... then I'll finish it, regardless of what kinda' team I've got at that point.
  24. Seeing as nobody else are interested, I may as well wait for ya...

Eh, that's what Soul Transfer is for...
