Min lvl entrance is 35,really want to do this because a) I havent done it yet,and b)I need all the exp I can get because i want to get to 40 for the new content and im all out of >40 content .

Ehm... I presume that by 'Strike ForceSHARKHEAD Isle', you mean the 'Temple of the Waters' SF given by Strike Force Operative Renault, often called the Leviathan SF... if so, the minimum entrance-level is 25.

Ordinarily, I'd be interested, but I'm trying hard to avoid hitting 30 before I get the Bling-badge, and I'm already 29 - I want those Buzzsaw arcs.

I think it's, erm, Silver Mantis's SF in St Martial thats in your level range, Gen, not the Sharkhead one.
