Looks like he jumped with a Kinetic's jump power. Considering that the flight aura is white and that is more of a turquoise/aqua.

That's why I said ALMOST. If Fort was able to be perma on an entire team? I'd probably be the ONLY one left playing force fields.

I'll be turning to the dark side and trying to take my level 33 villain to 50 this weekend to unlock the VEATS on full teams that I'll form myself using the SSK. I just spent the last two days wearing down the patrol XP that he'd earned from me never touching him.
