So I've heard talk about this set being the "best" (Rad/Sonic Defender) or that set being the "best" (Fire/Kin) for years now.

I don't want the best, I'm looking for a CHALLENGE. So, denizens of the CoH community, what set is the WORST?

Any opinions will be considered, but I'm hoping for some sort of general consensus on the bottom 5 at least.

I am aware that the terms best and worst are entirely subjective, but let's try shall we?

If you're trying to suggest that Defenders should be able to solo as FAST as, for example, a Scrapper Ultimo_, well all I can say is you miss the point of THIS game entirely then. Maybe you'd be happier over in the "other" game.

False. All characters are not meant to and aren't DESIGNED to "face the same challenges". If you don't understand that by now, then you've been playing a different game than the rest of us.

Just as in real life, people here come in all shapes and sizes, and some can do things that others can't. There is nothing wrong with that.

That's like saying that we should give all short people stilts or cut out a part of all tall people's legs, that way they're equal. That's not realistic.

If you can't solo on every type of Defender, then that's a problem with YOU, not the AT. I have no problem with solo-ing any Defender.

But... you provided the tool needed to bring about... THE END OF IT ALL! You have signaled the coming forumpacolypse!

Well that would make sense then... considering that they're VILLAINS. If villains ever team, in comics, it's almost always reluctantly and they're usually one-upped in their teamwork by heroes that team more naturally.

Just fine. If I ever add a slot to Detention Field, it's only for another accuracy, which is usually overkill.

I can't help you with the rest, I never learned how to deal with set bonuses, nor do I want to. I see them as frosting on the cake, and they're not something that I "build for".

Seriously, read my guide to PuG TFs in my sig. Hell, with all this talk, I'm considering making an updated version just for running teams in general.

There seems to be a lot of fear and misconceptions about leading teams here.

Holy crap, that story is the holy grail of the AE Baby Syndrome Forbin. You need to PM that to the Devs PRONTO!

I've found that this is the case for MOST teams, Sam. People, at least in this game, tend to lead themselves pretty damn well.

They just need someone else to pick the missions for them.
