    We gave you Snooki!

    And Meryl Streep!

    Martha Stewart!

    Zach Braff!

    Tara Reid!

    Frank Sinatra!

    ...and more...

Oh, and people confuse the New "Joisey" accent with Long Island, IMHO.

Picture yourself trying to get several thousand heads of cattle to move down the street and stay inside the lanes, and you have a decent idea of driving in Buenos Aires. The best advice? Take the bus! Otherwise, best of luck to you. Argentina has one of the highest motor vehicle accident mortality rates in the world."

Still, putting my seatbelt on is automatic for me, and I taught my nephews the same. I always drive within speed limits and respect all traffic lights. Just because everybody else drives like a lunatic (my own mother never puts on a seatbelt and doesn't even have a valid license), it doesn't mean I should follow their example.
I know, we've had this discussion before ;-) Argentina is crowded, but the average NJ speed is 85mph on the 55mpg highways.

You've obviously never driven in NJ.
  9. I would pay for increased supergroup membership.

As for the "not a Photoshop guru" bit, all you have to do is say you'll replace your icons for appropriate-sized ones if provided, and I'll post 120-pixel tall versions of all of them for your use. But right now you are not giving any indication that you would accept such an offer.
I've gone around looking at forum signatures and most, in general, are 600x200. So because mine are 204x207 they are unacceptable?

    Hell bent?

    Hardly.

It's an internet forum. It doesn't pay my rent. It doesn't buy my groceries. It doesn't affect if my trains run on time.

My level of "hell bent" on the forum, on a scale of 1 - 10? 0.5.

But, if for you, however, if the image size of a forum user's signature is such a cause for serious concern, then...

    Yikes!

If you bothered to read any of the posts above, like the one where I mentioned to Snow Globe about my outdated imaging software I'm not a photoshop guru. I don't spend my days sitting and reading forum regulations to such finite detail to know offhand or to know instantly what an appropriate forum signature size is.

This is the size that complies with the forum guidelines:

Or if we violate that rule the pillars of civilization will crumble?

My PNG optimizer doesn't like to do partial transparency, unfortunately. It's either a specific color transparent or not at all.

Well, now you can have both!

  22. We're not going to be losing some HUGE chunk of our population to the VIP server.
The new free players won't be stranded without help - and even if you were, you don't think they wouldn't be able to figure out the game? Didn't we all have to figure it out as we went along?
  23. Do you embrace the new F2P hybrid business model? Show it off in your signature! Below each image is the corresponding BBcode that you just need to copy and paste into your signtuare.

At the bottom is a blank button image if you want to create your own

These prettier versions were made by SnowGlobe.

I don't think we have to show them our community doesn't suck - I think it will be evident when they log in.

I know I, for one, will spend a lot of that time when the new generation comes in mentoring who I can. Years ago, when I was on Victory (and it still had a population,) I used to spend my evenings in Mercy Island waiting for new new players to log in and would offer to help them.
