I actually started watching Transformers when I first saw they were added....and there is no conceivable reason why the Autobots didn't get wiped out of existence. I'm actually finding myself annoyed while re-watching this for various reasons. And the whole "they all #@$#@$ fly" yet the jets bother with transforming at all and the Autobots bother with being cars in the first place. Didn't see if they had the movie on there yet.

Anyway....

Already had the GI Joe series on DVD (plus movie) but I added it to my queue anyway just because it's just so friggin easier to play via Netflix than bother with a DVD player. So far, I think GI Joe withstands the nostalgia test better for me than Transformers does. And re-hearing voice talents I haven't heard in awhile and noticing just how much overlap there is between these two series is always interesting to me.

Just like me, his computer has to get liquored up to put up with him.

Setting up taunt really shouldn't take as long as it has been IMO. It's not like the Mitos move....

As for not being prepared, we (and by we I mean people who have the patience, time, etc to do that) need to see what an optimal number of people versus special helpers really churns out. Having a certain number of dedicated people for the prep should help; if Hamidon evolved depending on the number of people in the zone, that'd be a different story (....and I forsee that happening one day).

I think most of those would have gone okay if we did a semi-speed instead; take out the first wave of mitos like normal, and while beating on Hami, THEN unleash the hounds of war ASAP.

I'm actually tempted FOR ONCE and the prices still seem stupidly exorbitant

I still can't get hopped up over costume sets; there might be one or two pieces that I can see myself using, but for a set as a whole, it just doesn't do anything for me.

Made my first cat-themed character just for the hell of it.

Digging it like I did on Beta. Paired with Energy Aura as a Scrapper (far too many Brutes in a row) and will be using Soul and then Body once I get more EA powers. But should work really well with Invuln too especially with using Soul.

If I did my math right, with my tax refund, I should be able to retire and still have just enough left over to pick up staff fighting tomorrow.

As Shamster will gladly point out, I can't wait to get my hands around some wooden objects.
