Hello all

I have had several requests from our SG members to put some form of teamspeak system into place.

Now i am sure that this is all very simple but for some reason i do not seem to be able to make a decision and do it

I wonder if there are any of you out there that have teamspeak or know about it and if so i would really appreciate some advice.

I would welcome suggestions as to which one to use, how i do it, whether it costs anything, how many people can talk at the same time etc etc.

Just to let you all know that we have made it to 12th position! Although not by much (7K) and we still have rent to pay

Also i have updated the blog to put an area for people to swap recipes and invention salvage. It is a trial but give it a go if there is something that you want you never know you may well be holding something that someone else wants and can do a deal!

Also i have posted another topic for people to registar their interst for a Hammi - you may well have seen Monster Bru's thread so hopefully we will be able to join in with the coalition. Please registar your interest on the thread -

Please don't forget us Dirties when sorting the Hammi we would LOVE to join in. Having had absolutely no exp with Hammi as i am not a Hero player I would love to join in with a team of pro's and i am sure that there are plenty in the SG would to.

Noob question but is there a level limit on doing this?

Hello hello

Following the I9 invention frenzie I would like to ask for opinions from our coalition buddies on starting a swap shop on the Dirty Hand Print's blog where people can post up for items they need and say which items they would give back in return.

I just think that with such a strong coalition there must be a way that we can help each other out and potentially save some cash especially the lower levels for which even posting an item for sale can be expensive.

Comments always welcome - if you feel that it would be useful even as a trial I can sort someting out pretty quickly and we can give it a try.

Hey hey

Just to let you all know that we have a new section on the blog for player suggestions and also some information on a new monthly competition.

I would also like to seek some feedback for an idea of having a 'swap shop' on the blog that can be used by members to post recipes, salvage etc that they want and what they have or would swap for it.

This way we can help each other out and potentially reduce some of the costs involved in buying and selling to get the items that you really want.

I will also run a separate thread on this so that we can open it up to the coalition people - the more the merrier

We are also close to our next jump in the ranks so hopefully by the end of the weekend we will be 13th.

I was also thinking of setting up a Salvage and Recipe swap shop on the blog to see if we can help each other out rather than join the inf crazy circus that seems to be I9

Just a thought at the mo and would probably work best with the coaltion and not just us. Will think some more but any comments welcome

Hello all

Just to let anyone who is interested know there is a new SG that is starting up called the Clean Hand Prints.
This is a cross over of a very successful Villain SG called the Dirty Hand Prints.

We are very new and only have a base and a salvage rack at the moment, however with a few of our villains putting their heroes into this SG i am sure that we will soon be firing on all cylinders and having lots of fun PvP'ing with our Villain counterparts.

If you are interested in joining this SG and being part of the madness from the ground up then please look out for either of the leaders - Blade of the Wolf or Von Righteous and we will be delighted to invite you to join us or send me a pm for an invite.

The Clean Hand Prints will be run in the same way as the Dirties so have a look at the blog - www.dirtyhandprints.wordpress.com and see if it is the kind of SG you have been longing for!

Just a quick update to let you all know that we are starting to build a Hero SG on the Union server called The Clean Hand Prints

It is in it's very early stages - we have a base and some storage racks but that is about it.

Both myself and Civil/Soviet/Fire have low level toons in it
and Den Tizt/Brutal Wallop has joined us so if you have a hero that needs a home please look out for myself Von Righteous or Civil on Blade of the Wolf and we will gladly give you an invite.

Our hope is to get a similar group of dedicated players so that we can organise some really fun PvP nights!

It is certainly sad to see the group close, hopefully it will rise again.

You may have stood a better chance had you not lost some key members and most of your salvage to boot.

If there is anything that the Dirties can do to help Pain then just shout.

Just an update in case any of you are looking here instead of the blog

We are now 15th but having a bit of a battle against The Paragon Protectors so we need to keep the heat on

We have 2 events planned both of which you will need to sign up for so that we can be sure of the numbers and so that people that really want to take part have a place.

The first is another attempt at getting an RSF team together to get this sf under our belts - the dates and times propsed are in the RSF event thread on the blog so pop your name up or suggest antoher time if this doesn't suit

Also we have a friendly base raid planned with the Horde on the 12th of May at 19.00gmt
Again please post your name under the base raid thread and if this time is no good please put an alternative so that if we have too many that can't make it we can re-arrange a better time.

A very interesting point this, and one that is very close to my heart.
We seem to have the same situation as you Dark in that we have probably about 8/9 that are very very active and then this goes to about 15 or so for regular.

Again we do not have anyone who has been on any less than 15 days and we do have a prest min amount that we like all over level 25 to earn so that they can dip in and out of sg mode.

We recently have introduced a no more than 4 toons per person in as i found that the 8/9 obsessive players had numerous alts which while they were all played regularly we had no space for new members.

I try to keep numbers at a maximum so alongside the core players of dedicated dirties we do have a reasonable turnover of casual players.

The coaltion does help although what tends to happen is that the core players team amounst themselves as they have alts over all levels an can usually find teams with others in the sg.

I also find that while the coaltion is good for shouting out a request for a team - you usually find one - it could be a bit more proactive (us included) when setting a team up?

Also to try to keep memers in the sg once they have joined and therefore increase this core amount we have introduced a bonus scheme with a token for key levels reached.

What i am hoping for is to strike lucky with the turnover of people outside the core members and in turn to increase the core members but this is difficult with so many sg's out there.
I still think that because many players have not had the opportunity of joining a great sg that does do things for it's members and keep things active they do not see the benefit of being in a sg and therefore are not too troubled if they do not have a good one.

Blimey wasn't expecting that to go on for so long - bit like only going to the supermarket just for milk - never works

Hi there

I am very sad that this seems to be getting more common and i am sure will end up spoiling a big benefit for honest sg members as the permissions will be increasingly taken away for them to gain access to storage which means they will not be able to get insps and enhancements either.

We have not so far had any instances of this in the Dirty Hand Prints - however what we have done is to get the leaders to hold any 'valuable' items of salvage so that if it does happen the effects will not be as painful.

This way we can hold off taking away the privalage of access to base storage from loyal members and the lower toons who probably need the inps and enhancements more.
