If you're trying to make a new organization of some sort, make sure your representatives are professional, using proper capitalism, punctuation, and spelling. Coming across as pretty non-professsional right now, which only makes me, personally, dislike where this is going, because if you're not serious enough to capitalize the beginning of your sentences or run your post through spell check...I don't know how serious you are about this.

Vivace is a cowgirl (can't tell by this costume, but her classic one is all cowgirl) who was raised in Wyoming, but when her electrical powers manifested, it caused a huge lightning storm that caused the grasslands to catch fire. The resulting blaze killed her parents, and Vivace fled to the place where heroes were gathering (Paragon City) to be trained in how to use her powers and make something of herself. She has, and has been awarded the Hero of the City badge to prove that she went through the entire 50 levels of training.
