It did take a long time, boosted all the way up to 38 in a short amount of time then it took around two weeks to get the last two levels as I've been hardly playing SS.
But made it in the end and I'm happy about that, thanks a bunch

I would have made 40 a very long time ago if I could resist doing that, but it's just funny when it happens.
Think I racked up 100k debt at one point!

Only reason why I took AR/Traps is because there were hardly any of them about.
Both sets are kind of nerfed, as in there aren't that many decent powers early on, especially AR, up till level 18 I was only using Burst, Slug and Sniper Rifle.
The point here is that rather then wasting precious powers investing into silly powers, I put them into my power pools such as Leadership (Acc+Dmg) or Teleport (goes well with Traps).
It does become a fun character, but that depends on how you build your character up.
The long animation times aren't that bad, it's something you get use to (PvE strictly). Then at 35 you get mines, and that's when the real fun begins -
Should be available for any of those TFs except Moonfire with my scrapper.

I've never been to a Hami raid before and I'm trying to get my Scrapper upto 45 by that time. Hopefully will be there for the fun as well. -

I personally have stamina, and I never find myself running out of endurence, as long as the fight is not longer then about 5 minutes, having said that, that's constantly using endurence heavy powers.
Without it, I think I could last about a good two minutes before it runs out.
It isn't really required, but it is a convinience. -

I'm sorry for kind of going off the topic here, in my experience I haven't met any of those people who do invite people and then kick them, but if what's said above is true (which it is) then the pratt who is inviting all the low uns won't achieve their goal anyway.
But still, that doesn't change the fact that it can ruin the experience for new players and unfortunately it's too minor for it to be considered fixing IMO -

Is this is true?
For example, recently a friend of mine did a CoT mish and it was generally hard, so we got a team of 5 or 6 in the end and later on through the map we found a massive increase in CoT numbers even though there were no lifts (there were portals if that counts). There was absolutely no way my friend and I could handle this later on.
I thought all the spawn sizes were fixed as soon as you enter the mish? And if this is false, does this change if say you explore the whole map and then recruit more people once that's done?
Any feedback here would be great. -
In terms of PvE, it's great fun
You can set up your traps and lure the enemies towards you, you've got access to a sniper rifle which has a great range, numerous amount of traps to take down strong foes.
Personal favourite is trip mines, go in stealthed and set up a trip mine right in the middle of mobs. It's so funny when it goes off and all the mobs just go flying. Just make sure you run away when that happens
Besides you can make smileys or other drawings on the floor with your mines -
Much has been said really, but I have to say that Slug is a fantastic weapon which has never really let me down before.
Again, AR/Traps is not a good PvP build, speaking from experience. PvP is too fast and it takes ages for you to set up your traps at a particular location.
Time bomb's great if you can actually get it to trigger off, to activiate the power it takes a good 5 to 7 seconds to make the mine (much more then trip mine) both of which are interuptable. Also it will trigger off at 15 seconds so you have to make damn sure there's something still on that spot during that time.
Personally, I have One Acc. enhancment on my offensive skills and Tactics to back it up, hits 95% of the time. -
Might be good to specify which respec Pretzel, as some won't be able to do the higher level respec just yet.
