AR/Traps build.
One thing jumps out at me - is the double slotted accuracy for PvP? If it is, consider this...
AR/Traps is never going to be a great PvP build, due to a number of things. AR does mainly Smashing and Lethal damage - the most highly resisted types - and from what I've heard, some of the attacks are a little slow to go thanks to the weapon drawing animation and things like Full Auto planting you on the spot for a bit. It also lacks Aim. Traps, likewise, really isn't an ideal PvP set, since there's not a massive change of people stumbling into your traps on a big map. If you are going to go with it though, TP Foe would be a great addition to your build, since you can TP people onto Trip Mines for quite high damage. I'd imagine you could put down other traps and TP onto them as well. Overall though, if you're looking for a strong PvP Corruptor, you might want to try different powersets.
If it's actually a PvE build, I'd still consider TP Foe in there, since the same trick works perfectly well there, too. I'm not sure the two accs would really be the best use of those slots in PvE, though. I guess it's one way to make up for the lack of Aim, though.
Consulting the resident AR expert (my boyfriend has a level 50 AR/Dev Blaster ), M30 Grenade isn't very high damage, and uses a lot of endurance. Good if you want knockback, not really good as an attack. Not sure it's worth the slots you have in it, as such. If you want damage output, pick up Slug instead. Oh, and I've heard very mixed things (mostly negative) about Time Bomb. I'll leave that for someone with more experience on the matter, though.
Have to agree with the above statements - AR/Traps will struggle immensely as a PvP build. When challenged to make a suitable PvP AR/Traps build for a friend of mine, I ran into no end of trouble; even the best build I could come up with had gaping holes in it.
If you are only going for a PvE build, I'd consider the Concealment Pool (Stealth, Invis optimally) in order to help with your trap placement - Invis-ing into a group, setting up Time Bomb, Poison Trap etc. would be of no end of use.
Buckshot and M30 Grenade? I wince at the lack of damage output, with a weak cone and a weak AoE respectively - all you'll be doing is tickling mobs for aggro. If you like the taste of carpet, ignore Slug and Burst with pleasure; if you actually want to kill anything inside of ten minutes, I'd advise taking them and slotting them. Beanbag, if you can squeeze it in, is a great single-target mez (disorient) - great for mitigating incoming damage.
Caltrops have a good enough slow in them - the main issue is in the long recharge time, so I'd slot them with Recharge Reductions.
Flamethrower is an awesome power, and really loves having six-slots. Flamethrower-neglect is the number one cause of unhappiness in most AR owners, fact.
Ignite doesn't need accuracies - as a 'pet', it gets a bonus accuracy... to the point where I've never seen it miss, in fact. At maximum, it really only needs 4 slots - 3 Dam, 1 RecRed - which is enough to make it functionally perma, should you so desire it.
Acid Mortar looks a little bereft of slots, to my eyes. If I were making a PvP build, after beating my head against the wall in sheer frustration, I'd be tempted to go 3 Acc, 3 DefDebuff to really screw with defence-based sets. TP Foe onto Acid Mortar, Time Bomb, Caltrops, with a Beanbag on top should be suitably devastating - after the 5 minute construction, anyway.
Sniper Rifle can be used in battle with 2 IntReds in it, FYI - which may or may not be of interest to you.
Finally, if you're going with SJ, taking Hurdle on the path to Stamina will synergise better, increasing the speed of your jumps.

Much has been said really, but I have to say that Slug is a fantastic weapon which has never really let me down before.
Again, AR/Traps is not a good PvP build, speaking from experience. PvP is too fast and it takes ages for you to set up your traps at a particular location.
Time bomb's great if you can actually get it to trigger off, to activiate the power it takes a good 5 to 7 seconds to make the mine (much more then trip mine) both of which are interuptable. Also it will trigger off at 15 seconds so you have to make damn sure there's something still on that spot during that time.
Personally, I have One Acc. enhancment on my offensive skills and Tactics to back it up, hits 95% of the time.
Well, it's a PvE build, yes.
Doesn't look as if I'd enjoy it as much as I thought. Ah well. o_O
In terms of PvE, it's great fun
You can set up your traps and lure the enemies towards you, you've got access to a sniper rifle which has a great range, numerous amount of traps to take down strong foes.
Personal favourite is trip mines, go in stealthed and set up a trip mine right in the middle of mobs. It's so funny when it goes off and all the mobs just go flying. Just make sure you run away when that happens
Besides you can make smileys or other drawings on the floor with your mines
Drop M30. It sucks. The AR is best when the enemies are tightly clumped so your cones will have the greatest effect. M30 spreads them out. Do the math....
Oh, and take Flamethrower at 18. Even if it means putting Stamina back. It's probably the best AE power in the game.
slot acid mortar with 3 debuff. thats what it is there for.
