Believe it or not, but it was sold out at two near by Best Buy's here in Sacramento. I had to drive more than ten miles to get my copy and they only had two copies left. I think somebody was planning on getting both of them because they were hidden between a sheet of ads.
  2. How about a deal for the Mutant Booster pack?

That's the only booster pack i have interest in. I already own most of the other packs and editions.

May be. I haven't not been back long enough to make that judgment. I just know that the game lacks a lot of players atm. I am certainly not the only one with that opinion.

Then wonder what might be the reasons for possible mass exodus events.

I was simply referring as to why i and a friend of mine took a break from the game.
I wasn't aware of any "mass exodus events". The server was still heavily populated when i left. So, i don't know what you are talking about. Yeah, i had my theories when i came back but i didn't really know until i spoke to some of the old timers that are still around. How is that hard to comprehend?

I never said that the game is dying nor did i cry doom. Those are just delusions of yours.
    Nothing else.

Also. I think that i am mature enough to know how to appropriately socialize with others in this world, let alone a game. So, don't patronize me.

    Whoops!

Hint: With the new difficulty settings, you are NOT guaranteed a place on a team. For some players, you're merely a pity filler who actually slows them down and reduces their earnings. For others, you're still not needed as they can reduce the difficulty until they feel comfortable soloing.

As such, you have to make a concerted, ACTUAL effort to get on or form a team.

Also, right now the latest issue just dropped.

A lot of people ARE teamed. They're off destroying their framerates with Ultra Mode and 8-man Demon Summoning Mastermind teams. They're badging. They're running some of the new arcs.

Instead of being the 3,291,737,573rd person to date to gripe about it, expend a little effort. If stuff is handed to you, you don't appreciate it.

I am neither sitting on my *** nor am i whining about the game, my pretentious little friend. It's not just me that has noticed the lack of players. A few veterans that have recently returned to the game had come to the very same conclusion. Numerous of my global friends are gone and they will likely will not return. I recently had a conversation about this very subject with a friend and she told to me that quite a few people left because of the infinite farming exploits that were present shortly after the release of the Missions Architect. I was aware of that, because i was one of them. However, even more left once AE farming eventually was addressed. Since so many players got spoiled by the constant farming and power leveling. Anyway, the population of this server and other servers in general have quite clearly dropped since the last time i played the game. I just simply was wondering what the reasons behind it were.

By the way. You don't know a damn thing about me, buddy. So, please spare me you arm chair lectures on how i should be playing the game.

Not sure what's up with that.
It's been working on and off since the new Issue came out.

I'd hardly call the current population count "massive".
  7. Windows 7 and GTX 260 on latest drivers.

This is very annoying. Not only does it disable Aero, it locks up the screen of the game every time i alt tab. I have to alt tab again for the game to render properly.
  8. I have been away for a couple of months and i was shocked to see that the population of this server dropped so drastically. The server's are usually swamped during the release of a new issue. Especially this one. I have been soloing for the majority of the time since i have come back. So, what happened? Where did all the subscribers go?
  9. Windows 7 x64
GTX 260 Core 216 running on 197.45 drivers

Almost every time i alt tab out of the game, Windows Aero gets disabled.
Not only that, i have to alt tab out of the game again to properly get back into it because the screen locks up even though the game appears to be fine.

  11. Both secondaries work concept wise. I am just wondering which secondary has a better synergy with Radiation Blast. PvP is not a factor. I mainly create PvE concept oriented toons.
    Thanks in advance.

This is ridiculous. I took a few months off for this very reason. I have been away for a whole 4 months and they still haven't bothered to upgrade the servers. Constant map serves, rubberbanding and power delays. It's unplayable. This **** has been present for several issues now.
How about giving us free server moves to less populated servers then?
Other MMO's have done it, i don't see why you can't do it too.
All i know is that i wasted $16. This will be my last month "playing" this game unless this is resolved.
  14. Strange, because i have installed all "Important" and "Recommended" updates long ago and it still won't show up. I don't like how the updates are handled with this OS. It was much simpler with XP. It would take you to the update page instead of going directly through this buggy OS. I never would have switched to Vista if it wasn't for x64 XP's ****** game support.
I hope they rectified all of this crap in Windows 7. Otherwise, i am switching to Linux.
    Anyway, thanks for the help.
  15. Isn't SP2 still in beta? I don't see it on Windows' Update page.
  16. From what i hear the Nvidia 186.x drivers are the cause of this. Somebody suggested that i switch back to a 185.x driver. Which one though? Thx in advance.

  17. Yeah, it's definitely a bug. I find it very annoying too. Hopefully we'll see a fix soon.
  18. Tell us which motherboard and power supply you currently have.
Can't really recommend you anything until then.
  19. Didn't receive anything here. No free tailor session nor a respec.
  20. What's this doing here? This is a build not a guide. Useless.
  21. I take it,all of the future costume additions will only be available through these micro-transaction "booster" packs,no?
I guess, it's just a matter of time till we they start charging us for new power pools as well.
  22. A bit short but very nicely done. Congrats to you!
