  1. I'll prolly be late to show at 10pm, so I'm a "maybe" for this, but it's been ages since I ran the Hollows missions, so I'd like to try at least.
  2. I think I can make this one. Toon TBA for now, I need to sit down and look at what I've got.

    Hello - All

Welcome back, Ginny. Check the news on the whole COH: Freedom initiative (Free to Play coming around Q3). Maybe your wife won't need to buy that sub if she waits a few months.
  5. I just kinda ignore Inventions. I purple up Turg back in the day, haven't bothered to do it for any other to on. Too expensive to wory about it. Easier to focus on Incarnate stuff and craft purps that drop at random, then store for a rainy day.

    Still sunny here. :-)

Incarnate Nag Hold, purple slotted and autofiring, FTW!
  7. Wife's dad passed away Sunday, so will be incommunicado til the weekend to assist. Keep the server warm and some Keyes badges ready for my return. Cheers, Freedom.

*massive hugs* You know my thoughts and sentiments, sweetie. Do what you must, visit when you can. Save some taramasalata for me. :-)

    4th of July...

Happy Fourth, Freedomites. I'm entertaining family for the next few days, but as kids pass out on our couch or basement floor, I might squeeze in a trial or two.

Enjoy, keep it safe, keep it fun.
  10. Of course, count me in. I have a few ideas on this trial based on my single (but informative - thanks, Myrdinn) run from last evening.

I may look you up now, in fact.

    Hmmm.

What if they'll have a new Bases 2.0 for Issue 21?

*ponders the possibility* It's something they've needed to do for a good chunk of the last decade...

You could always try "My womb is filled with pus."

Honor is adorable. Romeo is okay. Hotshot has a set of eyebrows that could make a kid poop their pants in fear.

You should get Hotshot, just for that reason.

I don't get the point of the VIP server, honestly. Someone explain it to me. "You guys are so awesome, and are obviously invested in our game, so here's a server where you'll start from scratch for all the resources you spent a better part of a decade building up."

Unless I get hourly massages by Sister Solaris, I just don't see the allure. If I wanted to see other servers, I'd transfer monthly for free, right?
  17. Well, they named the new program after us, so it's gotta be riddled with Awesome.

EM, as we all know her, is easily one of the most respected and well loved Community Professionals in the industry today. She has been a part of the Community scene since its inception and has been an influential voice as Online Community Relations has developed over the last 15 years. As a part of the team that launched City of Heroes, she also has a tie to this Community that I only hope to be able to establish in the years to come.

Having said all of that, it is with a mixture of sadness and joy that we share this news with you: Earlier this year EMpulse made the decision to step down as the Community Lead for Paragon Studios in order to start a family! Not many outside of Paragon actually knew this information; because her pregnancy is considered high risk, she didn’t want to announce her departure in case anything had happened. Well, we’re happy to report that all signs indicate that EMpulse is expecting a healthy baby girl in the near future and will be a proud, first-time, mother at the age of 41! We here at Paragon couldn’t be happier for her and wish EM and her family good fortune and prosperity in the years to come.

EMpulse asked me to share her excitement and happiness with you, the COH Community and to tell you that she misses all of you, but that she knows that you will all be in great hands with the Paragon Community Team.

So from the bottom of Paragon’s, the Community’s, and my, heart, we wish you all the happiness in the world with your bouncing bundle of joy EMpulse!
Truly, most excellent and blessed news. My mom gave birth to me when she was 45, so believe me, I know just how difficult it gets! (And it ain't much easier 38 years later!)

Zwill, please give EMpulse my warmest regards and congratulations at successfully shepherding the most recent sidekick of the Freedom Phalanx!

Totally agreed on this. I'll tack this onto some of the global channels I administer, but a concerted "word of mouth" effort will be needed here. Maybe in the week preceding the event, plant a "town crier" in Pocket D for sporadic broadcast advertising?

I'm not aware of any particular channel to find teams redside, but it sounds like a good idea. Make up a pub channel for it and I'll add it to the list. "Freedom TeamFinder" or something like that.

Guess you've never tried a Master Lambda run? Dropping Marauder without heavy debuffs and high DPS is always a problem for beating a clock. It's usually when he hits Unstoppable a 2nd time that a Master run will fail by going overtime.

Yeah, but some of those fights were just flippin' EPIC. There was that one room where I was standing on a mound of Vahzilok, pistol-whippin' them like mad 'til Archmage wore off... nearly got the whole bunch of them, too...
