Missions: A Night in the Hollows, Part 1
Contacts: Officer Wincott, Flux and Julius the Troll
Location: Meet in Ouroborus

Date & Time: Monday, July 11th @ 10:00PM Eastern/ 9:00PM Central/ 8:00PM Mountain/ 7:00PM Pacific.

Level Range: 25+ to get into Ouro (Powers will cap at 20) *** NOTE: You must be a Hero or Vigilante to join ***

Enemies: Trolls, Outcasts, Minions of Igneous

Arc Stats & Info:
  • We will be running 2-3 teams.
  • You must be at least level 25 to join.
  • We will wait to form teams until close to 10pm Eastern. This will allow us to get a better idea of what builds we have present. Anyone not at the contact, or that has not sent Luna a tell letting her know they are on their way might not be included.
  • We use the global chat channel Freedom TF Chat for these weekly events.
  • Merit Reward: 4+11+6=21

I think I might bring vander graph to this because he doesnt have this badge and yetil does. lvl 35 el/el tank

Do you mean the badge for the Cavern Trial? If so that's next Monday. Tonight is the first 3 arcs in the hollows, and next week is the final arc and the Cavern Trial. You're always welcome to bring whoever you want to though =)

Not a problem. Where we are doing 3 different arcs Turg, the teams will have to go back to Ouro between each arc to start the next one. If you're late for the first one at 10pm, One of the teams can get you for the second or third ones (Second one is Frostfire!). My notes show that we've spent about 30 minutes on each arc the last time we ran these.

I see we've got four toons with dark powers. I think it'd be fun to have all of us on the same team.

And interestingly, none of the dark powersets have been duplicated, as it's armor on the scrap, attack on my tank, miasma on the corr, and blast on the defender.

I thought there was a badge for nailing frostfire, I guess not though.

I guess I'll leave my options open then Vander graph has been ignored lately and needs some leveling love .

I'm not sure on a badge for old Frosty. I didn't see one listed on the wiki, and it's been a really really long time since I've run that mission. I guess we'll find out tonight =)

I was on Ecru's team and we had a good time, or I did. I was repeatedly amazed at how we just melted stuff. At times I'd try to mess up, aggroing three groups, and pretty much barely attacking, just taunting enemies away from the squishies. Kamakazi Phoenix's powers were the most obvious to me, flashing around me and...uh...the midieval looking fellow with the iron man colors, the brute on our team. SevenP and Rox scrapped around quite well.

I never did understand how K-Phoenix was able to stay alive since she should have been taking the alpha constantly. Or maybe Ercu has three rech slotted into Mutation or something.

Good stuff, I have been having a blast on these Monday night runs with parts of the game I have not played in years.

I can't wait for Mondays now to see what Luna has cooked up for us.

Inspirations. When I didn't have a Luck or Sturdy to use, I died, which probably accounted for more than half of our death totals lol.

The Mideval looking fella was Xort on Baznon. I usually hide him away on my team cause he helps keep my squishy behind alive, but I was worried that Myr's internet might be dodgy, and I knew Xort would be a great back up team leader if Myr crashed out hard.

And Roxy and Seven rock as scrappers! It is so great to see new players joining us, and veteran players returning.


I don't have the specifics in front of me, but my team did pretty well on each arc. About 15 minutes on Officer Wincott's missions, about 50ish on Flux's, and about 30ish on Julius the Troll. I think we had something like 7 / 4 / 1 deaths on the 3 arcs in that order.

Next Monday will be the Hollows Part 2. I know of at least 3 players who will be absent, so I'll try really hard (honest!) to get the sign up list up early so we can get some extra players to fill out the teams. Next Monday we'll do the Talshak arc first to unlock the contact, then we'll do the Cavern of Transcendence Trial.
