How about magical invisible bunnies fly out of the sky and defend the oil slick from your EMP arrow with shields made of smiles and rainbows everytime you use it, thus it can never be lit by it

Negative energy doesn't light it, actually. It would make a lot of those TA/Dark Defenders I keeep hearing about happy if it did, though.

Maybe, but then they would have had to do a whole round of proliferation, otherwise the other ATs would have been going nuts that only Corruptors got a set proliferated.

I wonder if it would be a good idea to add a -range modifier to Flash Arrow. I say this since it seems like it would have good synergy with the immob and slow abilities present in the set. Make it an active way of solving the problem of fighting enemies with good ranged attacks by taking away their range. -

Most likely, Corruptors didn't get Psy "in the beginning" because the Devs considered it the thematic pair to Empathy, which was deemed too heroic for Villains. I suppose they could have gotten it with Pain Domination, but that probably would have made people demand proliferation for all the ATs. Currently, as others have said, they probably don't have it because the devs haven't gotten around to proliferating it yet.
And when Corruptors do get it, I'm sure they'll get the Defender version. The Blaster version dropped an attack because Blasters can make it up with the attacks in their secondaries. Since Corruptors can't do that, I'm sure they'll get the version with Psionic Tornado. -

I've been seeing it since the last issue release, I believe. For my female Claws Scrapper, it means at the end of the animation, her arms end up crossing behind her back, which I kind of don't like, but it's not a big deal, I guess.

Terrify has no -ToHit. I believe it used to, back in the day when Fear powers were crappy.
And I don't think it should cause -ToHit. There's no precedence to do so as only half the Fear powers in the game cause -ToHit, so its not as if Terrify is the odd man out.
Fear powers that cause -ToHit: Fearsome Stare, Touch of Fear, Cloak of Fear, Spectral Terror
Fear powers that don't: Terrify, Scare, Invoke Panic, Intimidate -

I'm very shamefully bumping this. I know! I feel terrible doing it, but I don't even know if its been seen by any red names (I PMed Castle, but I understand he doesn't always have the time to respond to every one he gets), so I'm just not ready to see this thread end up in the no man's land that is Page 2.

This thread got long, fast, so if this has been mentioned, forgive me, BUT...
It looks like the "Ninja Run Jump + Weapon Out" animation is only set up for right-handed weapons. When I have Ninja Run on with either a bow or katana out, and then jump, the right hand is in a fist, but the left hand is wide open, with the bow/katana glued to the open palm. -
I didn't even look at the options, I just bought it for both accounts on faith that it would be awesome.
