Yea...Frankly speaking, before my first respec i took Neutron Bomb and i really did not like it. I was thinking on getting it at 49 as an extravaganza just to se the green beach ball from time to time, but frankly i'll have to waste the 3 lvl 50 slotts on it (otherwise it makes no sese to get it), and it is almost sure taht i'll save these 3 slotts for another powers and took mutation instead.
Concerning proton Volley, i love the animation and sound too... And on the other hand, it is quite useful when soloing and from time to time you can also use it on a team... -

Finally I've dropped leadership pool powers as well as mutate and have got Chocking Cloud, Irradiate and Proton Voley...
I've found that CC do not hit very often (it's a pitty you cannot place acc enh on it), but always holds at least one or two foes and in any case it is perfect for my character (a radiation being who cannot control the radiation she produces) and is always on (at least until i get Tep. Inv.)... I've skipped Neutron Bomb, but maybe i'll take it later...I Still have 3 power left in principle i was going to take as follows:
44 Temp. Invulneravility
47 Conserve Power
49 Neutron Bomb or mutate. -

Taking into account i'll get Tem Inv at 44 maybe these two would be teh best option....
Seriously... Proton and Chocking could be great choices...However someone said that the combo irradiate-Choking is great due to the huge debuff irradiate has...
mmmh... Maybe i will frop mutation also and get the three of them.
On the other hand, do you think that having EM Pulse fully slotted it is worth to take chocking cloud? -

Even whithout using pets, i'm pretty sure that an high lvl ill/rad, will be able to solo all alone a non AV miss set in invincible by using the following chain:
Power Boost - EM Pulse -Enervating field- BLind/Spectral Wounds...
EM Pulse Holding time (as well as radius -no need to approach too much to the enemies-) is huge even without any enh; slotted 3rech + 3 Hold combiend with Power boost you would be able to kill an entire mob before the hold is off... So imagine how powerful can you be if you also use pets Ri and LR ... Ohhhh man... -

Taking into account the EM pulse matter, i think i'll go for energy epic pool just to get Power Boost... -
Well,I'm playing a Lvl 41 Rad/Rad def, i'll drop leadership pool, from which i've got Maneuvers and tactics...So 2 powers have to be choosen from the following:
Inrradiate
Proton Voley
Neutron Bomb
Fallout
Chocking Cloud
Or from a power pool. At present i've Swift/Hurdle/Stamina, Hover/Fly and Hasten from the regular power pools.
Personaly i'd go for proton volley (in order to snipe) but i have no idea of the other one...Maybe Stealth...Is it any good?
And i'll be 6 slotts free to slott these two new powers.
Your advice will be highly appreciated.

KK mate, it's up to you, if you prefer this build enjoy it(well, taking into account that you are already 50 it do not mind if you have a respec available or not because it is not a matter of powers to choose but the order they are choosen). I'll go for mine.
Concerning the Slotting explanation you gave, ok, you are right at the point that with my build you are not able to fully slott Blind and spectral wound early or AM (which in principle only needs 2 extra slotts) and RI, but taking into account that for sure one or two slotts you would put there are acc slotts...Well, RI will give you extra accuracy (I'm not sure but in my oppinion it grants you more acc thank the [censored] Training Enhancement you will get at low levels..) and it will also grant you some defence due to the acc debuff on foes.
And Spectral Terror, well, i used PVE with my illusion/Sound troller and it was great...In any case, i have to try it togetehr with RI, EF and LR, I cannot wait to see my Phantom army rushing into a grup of so slow, debuffed and terrified group of vilians
One question, Any of you know if EM Pulse activates contaiment?
As both of us say it depend in the point of view, in any case, where would be the point of the game if everyone build the same Character? Nonetheless, I think it would have been hard to soloing at invicible with this build specially from lvl 8 to 18... I'm just at teancious (or rugged not sure,in any case i'm at the 3rd rep...) and i'm already suffering hard times when i face a +1/ +2 boss, and it is just RI what helps me to avoid visiting the Hospital often!!! -
I've jsut got Power Boost mate, and although i wanted to use it mainly for EM Pulse or Atomic Blast, this tip can be very useful!

you are right, however as you said it is true just at Hollows...yea ppl will be very grateful, but just until lvl 14, and just in this zone of the map... On the other hand, RI will be useful from lvl 2 to 50... AM will not be that useful at low levels but it is a must...Frankly,in any case i would not waste a power so earlier for a power pool that will not be my main travel power (except fitness and Hasten) in future... And I've got mutation but just as a final power of the build (and maybe i'd skip it and took mental blast or another one), in my oppinion the role of this build is not to heal/Revive but to control, buff/debuff and send his armies to the battle...
Concerning Spectral terror, since i have not played too much at PvP zones, i cannot disagree with you on that point, however lodestar said this build was mainly for PvE, so Spectral terror is a must at lvl 26...
And concenring Hurdle, of course it makes no sese if you have fly, but since one of the first builds posted had ss as travel power and mine has Teleport i was nto thinking on flying when i posted... Why do not you give a chance to the build i posted if you have a respec available? You would get recall friend soon as well as RI and AM...
(and you can always switch Spectral Terror with Mutation )

Radiation infection at lvl 26 and AM at 24 while you are choosing Recall firend at 8 (and to drop teleport as Travel Pow)??? Why you choose RAd as secondaries then?
Well, If I would go for PVE and i wanna team, my mates would love my Rad infection and my Accelerate metabolism much more than recalling friends...
On the other hand, I would skip Health (you already have a good heal pow and your hp are not big enough to make Health worth of choosing)go for Hurlde instead...
And Spectral terror at 49
Of course is up to you but for me this makens no sense...
Actually, yesterday I started an Ill/Rad troller.. Up to now i'm lvl 7, i've got

2RAd Infection
4Blind
6Decieve
I'm at present soloing orange oucasts bosses (electric eel) with two yellow minions withouth any problem (well, i used a pair of greens and blues)... Rad infection set on the boss, decieve on the minions (easier to hit thanks to the def.debuff of the rad infection)-well, actually you can try to decieving the minions before infecting the boss but i went right againts the boss first-, and lets start the blind/spectral wounds mayem! While these two are recharging re-decieve the minions....There you go!!! My Scrapper suffered much more to kill the yellow Elec.eel + 2 white mminions.
Of course this is only my oppinion, it is up to you how to proceed.
Concerning the feraed end drain of the toggle... Well of course i need a blue to recover end from time to time, but not more often than my low level scrapper or tanker...basically when you are fighting more than 4 foes mob on low levels you would need some end recovery (as well as when you are fighting +1 bosses with 2 +1 minion)...

KK, of course it is up to you...As I said, i'm talking from the Defender's point o view.
On the other hand, just to warn you, My Rad/Rad def has the leadreship power pool (Tactics and maneuvers) and besides they are not very useful as RI and EF makes the things easyer enough , the main point is that you will end up with more toggles than you can afford... I have slotted 2 endred in every Leadership pow, 3 endred in EF and 1 in RI and if I use EM Pulse and do not pay attention to my blue bar, i got out of end...I'll drop this power pool becuse i want to get Temporal Invulnerability at 44, and i will not be able to use all my toggles from then on... -
Well, although i do not agree with you i've to recognise that I have the point of view of a rad defender (however Rads are one of the most controller like defenders) so probably you are right form the controller's point of view...I'll try to start an Illusion/Radiation troller before long...Maybe then i'll uderstand your point of view properly... In any case up to today i disagree with you...In my oppinion, following the reasons you gave, INV tankers should not get Unyelding and Temporal Inv. until they get SO endredux... Maybe i have RI too overated but for me it is one of the best low level powers in the whole game.

And what about mind powers?
Are all of them worth to be got before RI?
I would also delay stamina if this is the only way to get RI earlyer... -
Well, both of them should be taken a.s.a.p. However RAD INF should be got earlyer than AM... Ok It is great (I know how it works) but the reacharge time is too higher to be taken at lvl 4 if this means to skip RAD Inf until 22...i.e. Rad infection will allow you to kill Frostfire easyer and it is almost sure that no one in your team will die, on the other hand, you will have to wait ages until AM is ready an this does not mean that you will kill Forsty whithout visiting hosp... in any case both are great powers to get, a musts...But RI at 22... no way! It's Better delay AM or another Mind power (however since i've never played an Mind Troller i do not which pow to delay)...
And concerning how to slot RI, well the def debuff is being underrated by most ppl, I agree that the ToHit Debuff is what keeps you alive and 3 slotts are necessary, but the Def debuff allows your team to hit purples, so it is really worth to slot 2 of them. -
Nowadays it is impossible to get perma AM or HAsten (before i got perma the two of them
...
However, by combinning them, you get nearly perma rech speed bost (although the one from AM is weaker than the one from Hasten)...In any case, go for Stamina, for me is one of the must powers for nearly every build.... -
Just one point...
Accelerate metabolism is a great power when you get SO enhancements, otherwise recharge time is too long...So you can get it later in the game...On the other hand, Radiation Infection is one of the best low level powers and a must in a rad build, so i'll suggest you to switch them, get rad infection at 4 (and 6 slotted-2defdeb,3accdeb,1endred- asap) and AM at 22... -
Well i've played both Rad Defender and Illusion troller and this would be my build. For low levels there are 4 must powers: Rad Infection (best low level power, six slotted a.s.a.p.), Blind, Spectral wounds (this combo is your main attack-a very powerful one-), and decieve (this one is not as significant as the other 3 but will make your live quite easier at the low levels)...
AM and Hasten could be get later as you will not enjoy them until you get at least DO enh.

If you do not want SS as your travel power, i'll drop Fallout (i only took it as extravaganza lvl 49 pow) and mutation (yeah, is the greatest rez but you are not an empath and your main role will be to debuff and to send your army to the battlefield!)...Then i would get power pool at 10, travel power at 14, Hasten at 22 (or AM up to you), Enervating Field at 24, LR at 28 and Group Inv at 30.
Once you get both AM and Hasten combine them (my rad has nearly perma recharge speed boost -although the AM one is weaker- by combining these two power)...Also combining of EM Pulse and Flash would be usefull for crowd control (both of them are long to recharge, but i think that with 3 SO Rchron each one you will always have an "smile!" power available...

PD: when I was checking the build i've found a significant mistake... Switch Hurlde(12) Accelerate Metabolism(16)...You would even wan to switch it with swift...Up to you; i would do this way: AM at 8, Swif 12, Hurlde 16. -
You are right...My first tanker build got flurry due to character concept... As well as Jump Kick they have very bad press but are great powers for role playing. I wasseriously thinking on getting Jump Kick (as I told you the character is a Grasshopper like being), however as per the avobe mentioned reasons I went for Thunder kick instead.

Well, concerning what you told me, as Wardancer said i cannot get Quickness until 20 and this is the Stamina level, so i cannot get it until 22...So there is not any reason for switching it with hasten...
Concerning Aid self, I would love to get it but on one hand it needs another power from the pool to be got firts (Aid other would be the choice) but I would have to drop two of my current power and on the other hand i think it is an interruptable power so it is not very useful during combat, is it?
Concerning the 3rd attack, well there are severa options: Kick from fighting pool (since the caracter is a grasshopper man i would take kick instead of boxing), Thunder kick, Jump Kick or crippling axe kick... Since I need an early 2nd kick attack, only TK, Kick and Jump Kick were the possibilities, and well the main reason for choosing Thunder kick is that besides it has the chance of critical hit, it is a good choice for lvl 2...Otherwise the whole build would be delayed one lvl as I would not be able to choose a power pool until lvl 6th. So I would have to take Cobra strike (which has been said to be of very limited use) or agile (which can be get later without any problem)...Anyway, it's almost sure that i'll change it for Crippling Axe in future (using a respec).
In principle i'll try to play with only 1 end red enh. in every toggle (teh same as my inv. tank who actually do not have any end problem), if it does not work properly i'll respect the character.
Well, the more important thing is that in general you agree that this is a quite good build all the other matters are just details, so i will go for it!

First (as you can see some post below this one) I was thinking on playing a INV/MA Scrapper, but now I have changed my mind (as I have already palyed an INV tank) to play a SR scraper istead of Inv... What do you think on the following build?

We have been soooo many time underated and palying with ppl who did not respect our powers (well in fact they did not know which were our powers at all!) ... Why this Equinox Archon has a green cloud around him...I did not know that they have this aura power?... I replyed: its my radiation infection power kill him the last...(he was killed already before I was able to finish the sentence). .. I'm sure that a lot of ppl who though we were unuseless will change their minds!!
Fortunately, you always end up finding a good team who knows how to play with you and those are the best teams and the most difficult to beat... A Rad def/Tank duo who know how to team up with each other is nearly unstoppable.
