And enough exp flowing that I didn't get bored going days without getting a new power.

    Remove the AE farms, and I've been doing pretty much nothing but TFs and the occasional AE team (Not farms, per se, because you can't farm with an 8 person team anymore, and it's boring with just a few people) or radio team.

    Nerf TFs so that I can't fight purples in them and there's just very little of interest left for me.

    Well if YOU would read the patch notes, it mentions both SFs and TFs *grumble.* Just wanted to know if they allowed higher difficulty on SFs now. I'm a villain player so I avoid saying "TF."

    Recipes are STILL dropping though. It isn't like they completely removed recipes a couple patches ago.

    Selfish aren't you? You can enjoy the game with the recipes still existing and dropping, but they are completely elminating something here.

    No, neither of those stances are unreasonable. It's also not unreasonable at all to expect X reward for accomplishing Y task in a game when that standard has already been set within the game.

    I disagree with this change. I find it a sloppy workaround for a problem that should have been dealt with in a more logical way before the new difficulty settings went live.

    Standard difficulty TF/SFs are boring. Expecting someone to increase their difficulty without comparable rewards is idiotic. At least when we do it in Ouroboros we're doing it for a badge.

    Quite frankly, your "correction" of the post comes across as trollish and nothing more.

    And I say this as someone who generally enjoys your posts.

  19. A lot of the SFs I'm in people actually ASK for the mobs to be set to CL3 (which is +1 level now).

    Why can't they just let things be, find a real fix, then delete the master badges from the people that did it since i16?

    Forgive me, but shutting off my ability to use inspirations and buffing even con enemies is not the same as jacking them up to +3. Even if the end result of difficulty is about the same fighting whites and yellows doesn't "feel" nearly as awesome (especially on a Task Force Team) nor do they reward commensurate with the difficulty as +cons do.

    I personally want more challenge, but I personally want to be adequately and fairly rewarded for said challenge. That's why the Ouro settings were auto fail for me and from the sounds of it new TF's are going to be auto fail.

    Unless I'm not reading it accurately, then please feel free to correct me.
    You are reading correctly and this has been verified on test. It was in the Test Server Patch Notes for 9/24.
