Adrienne sat in the waiting area at Icon, paging through a photo album of the stores past and present customers, while she waited for one of the shops tailors to be free. Some of the costumes she recognized, those of Paragons best and brightest, others she had only seen in passing while patrolling the streets of the city.
Hmm. Maybe an armored look this time... she thought, as she idly turned the page. Or something more classic? Theres just so many choices--god! I wonder what dad would say if he saw me in a getup like that!
Her smile died on her face before it fully formed. She didnt have to wonder what her father would think, she and him had already had that fight. He hadnt been thrilled at his genetically perfect little angel donning a mask and fighting crime. But then, she wasnt perfect, was she? Once she had manifested mutant control over fire, he had shuffled her off to a boarding school in the city, and proceeded to pretend she didnt exist.
But that was behind her now. She was an adult now, and with a new costume, a new heroic identity, she could finally be free to do what she felt was right.
Adrienne? A voice jolted her out of her thoughts, and she smiled and shook hands with the Icon tailor.
So, what are we doing for you today, miss?
I dont know. The skys the limit.

Well, talk about awesome timing. Just decided to work on this last night, not knowing what the themes was. Was going to stick it in my Chibi thread, but this is a much better place.
My main, Gwendolyn Diego, with a costume redesign. This is the look I will probably be commissioning her in for awhile.
More details, including credit for pose reference, here. -
I approve of this comic!
And I'm guessing I'm not the only one -

I can't pretend I had any idea what I was doing with the tribal pattern on the chest... -

If the copy tool is still down at the time, that may make the finals very difficult to manage.

And taking a break from the list of requests to play around a bit with shading.
My blaster Renn Haven, taking a well deserved break from beating up Crey goons to relax a bit.

And my friend, who is only getting away with not posting on the thread because he has promised me a costume code from the player summit...

Okay, the ascot now appear somewhat in the proper location on the model, but it's still noticeably off on female models.

Quote:Gotta agree with Sam on this one. With all the lovely corset patterns we've been getting, it's a shame that we have to choose between them and the ascot.Well, good news - the cape and the ascot are fixed on Text. I'm just disappointed that the Ascot moved to a Chest Detail, since now my Victorian Dutchess can't have it while still retaining her corset. Oh, well.
I still don't see eye auras with the Fishbow Helmet, though. That, and I still don't see a way to colour the actual brain.
Especially since the Steampunk neck pieces are under detail 2, and will take up the same general space as the ascot.
Wishful thinking here, but any way it could go in both categories with the fix? -
This plot alone is making me want to make a character on Union...
