I was hoping for a Broadsword for Brutes. I don't like Axes too much and the idea of cleaving through people with a big sword seemed very brute like to me.

So where do we ask when i12 might be out? :-p

So are these commericials going to be put on TV? It's not gonna compete with WoW if that's what your thinking.

I think the whole "Thanks" idea is cool but what about those of us who bought G vs E? I feel very jipped right now. So I wasted cash buying something I would have gottten for free. Though it IS cool to think my GF (if she plays again) will now be able to play Heros and Villians. It still doesn't help ME feeling less ripped off personally though. I'm really not that upset about it though. I just want I11 to be live already. Or did it go live while I wasn't playing? :-p

If your asking a Stalker to face you in a fair fight I'd laugh in your face if I was the Stalker. Stalker's arent made for "fair" fights. I also dont recall any people who could fly coming down to face me on the ground for a "fair" fight ethier in PvP. So this whole fair fight thing is pretty subjective.

I think Willpower will be the equalizer of all the damn controllers I keep hearing about who mez, hold or otherwise "zap" everyone else. Though I don't really PvP much anyway. No idea how effective Dual Blades will be. The fact that you have to hit with 3 different attacks could be difficult to pull off in PvP. But maybe not.

I think some people don't want auras for PvP, so they can decieve others so the other side wont know what powers they have going.

These powers still sound better than the "old" powers though. I dont know of any current powers that offer a increase when your getting beat on by tons of dudes or a combo system that allows you to do a lot of things other weapon sets dont do. So why would I use any other weapon sets now?

Just be glad it's not real Halloween. Otherwise some people would be getting well deserved bag snatches. :-p I could see that happening a lot in the Rogue Isles though.

Its the right coast for me but still too far. I live in Sac and that's in the Bay Area. Sadly, Sac isn't like the big town for events like this, SF and LA are.

Just because some thing is popular doesn't mean it's good. The Back Street Boys sell a whole lot of CDs, and yet the Ramones never got to do a world wide arena tour. Go figure.

I happen to like the idea of Dual Blades very much. It sounds fun to me and if that's what people wanted deal with it. That's what happens in democracies. Unless you maybe would perfer we not be one? Of course there is no gaurantee whatosever that your idea would be the prevailing one in a non democracy.

Actually Weapon Customization made the feature list AFTER I made the original "something you've been asking for" post, where I was referring to Flashback. (We had players in the CoH beta test asking for a way to go back and do the story arcs of the Contacts they skipped).

Yeah but what about powers without weapons? I'm trying to get my GF interested in the game and she's [censored] about how non weapon users dont get power customizations. Which IS true. When will they get customizations? I'm happy with the weapon customizations as I use characters who use weapons but she really doesnt. She does think the time travel thing is cool. As do I. Easier to get accolade badges now. More nifty powers for me:-p

So what if the weapon I want doesnt work so well with the power? I can't dual weild two pistols as a assault rifle guy and shoot fire and grenades out of no where so much:-p

But if we can FINALLY customize some of our powers that will just be very cool. For bow, a crossbow instead could be neat but I dont see how some of the power animations will work. Probably just a different looking bow then.

Not ALL good drow are Drizzt clones you know. Try reading War of the Spider Queen. Jarlaxle is the man anyway. Drizzt is just annoying.

So when is I11 or the Dual Blades/Willpower going to be live?

Pirates don't really use dual swords. They use cutlass, sabers, things like that. Dual Scimitar is more like a arabian swordsman type deal. If I see Drizzt Do Urden clones I'm mocking them and then killing them if I can. :-p
