It better be only knocked down to scale 7 damage.
Thanks Arcana for some reason people were looking at the Nuke change as a negative so it helps if you word it differently so they can understand or relate.

I think that Nature Affinity has the Second best Rez in the game. Howling Twilight is the best of course lol.

I am a fan of vampires as well especially if it has something to do with the World of Darkness-Vampire the Masquerade.
I'm going to make a Nosferatu when Bio Armor hits. He's going to be StJ/Bio which is perfect for a Nosferatu. I had a Malkavian and a Tremere but I deleted them...I might remake them soon. -

I'm curious how Blizzard is going to be handled. It currently deals 9.12 pet scale damage, which is about 1.65times the "Average" damage from Nova on a Blaster. If Nova is dropping to 4scale, then for Blizzard to maintain it's relative damage it would get dropped to ~7.425 pet scale (for Blasters). I get the feeling that it'll get reduced a good deal further than that though. -
There were a few other interesting discussions going on like when someone asked about Water Assault and Synapse said "Maybe oneday but it would have to be after water melee and water armor." I know that from the tone in his voice that it's something that may happen next year but I admit my heart skipped a few beats when I thought about having Water Melee, Water Armor and Water Assault.
Someone also asked about Water Pets and Zwill and Synap. used their best overly dramatic poker face and said "that sounds like a good idea...*tiny smirk*". So maybe Water Control? Ugh...curse this game! lol Someone tell the Art Team to stop being so awesome. -

It's a shame that they can't code it to where the procs wouldn't fire at the same time but that's impossible unless it's the same proc. Well Illusion would be more powerful on a controller than a dom due to controllers having access to their secondaries which act as Force multipliers...mix that their APP blast and boom no contest. You have controller secondaries out there that can provide over -80 to -100% Res roughly each mob and controllers have blasts.
If I was a member of the powers team I would take the Illusion set and do a complete overhaul. Phantom Army should stay but powers like Spectral Wounds, Superior Invisibility and Spectral Terror would have to be scrapped.
Spectral Wounds...since Doms can't really benefit from it much just make another power in its place or maybe make it a cone? I don't know...I would say it has no place being on the Dom side of things but look at Gravity...hrmm.
Superior Invisibility is not a Dom friendly power and it's a horrible power. They could replace this power with a click buff called "The Illusionists Guise" it could grant the caster +HP and +Absorb.
Spectral Terror is a great power but we need something else in its place to help with domination...Maybe a somewhat slow Recharging pbaoe power. Maybe a Mag 2 Pbaoe fear that has a chance to proc for Mag 3 50% of the time? I'm just throwing numbers out there. Or since it's Pbaoe I guess Mag 3 straight out of the box would not be OP.
You could also make PA killable but have their toughness equal to that of Singularity of Animate Stone...I think when it comes to it the Devs should come up with their ideas and then present it to us the players and we should take it from there...changes for Illusion needs lots and lots of feedback IMHO. -

It works exactly the same as if you slot Ragnarok in any power that does knockdown. It adds the mag of the Ragnarok proc to the mag of the knockdown, resulting in knockback.
This also happening supposedly in non KB powers...I need to test this first to be sure my self before I can go any further. -

I think most of the people who pick medicine now pick it mostly for aid self or (In the case of MMs) to heal their pets. This isn't really that good that a person who takes aid self would want it. Hey, maybe this is another power mostly targeted at MMs since they haven't fixed the pet AI yet! They wander off and get hurt? Least you can fix them. ;P -

Also there's a bug someone reported about combining the Ragnarok Proc with the Overwhelming proc...it's causing KB -
Oh yeah...a bit before the Dev swap was when they started fixing things in the game like hardcore. I remember it clearly.

It wouldn't be any more OP on a Dom than it already is on a Controller...it would just leave the Dom with nothing to do. I think that they would have to change Phantom Army a bit...or rework illusion and give doms a different version altogether like what they did with Darkness Affinity.

It wipes out your recovery every time, but the actual endurance drain is based on the number of targets, so if you just use it on 1 target it doesn't seem like there's a crash.
But yeah, it definitely has a crash. I can't wait to get to use it as an actual AOE now..

Thunderous Blast has a Crash.
The only crashless nukes currently are Rain of Arrows, Overcharge, Hail of Bullets, Geyser and Full Auto.
I think that Rain Of Arrows wins overall...with HoB second, Full Auto third, Geyser 4th and Overcharge 5th...I probably should switch Geyser and Overcharge but I'm not a fan of overcharge.
