Generic Mc Genericson... erm prolly too long
-
Does anyone have the name "Bee's Knees" ? >.> Thought it would be dumb enough of a name to not be taken... I was wrong. Of course my scrap'z name "I love Lamp" was taken on virtue for some reason. Wtf.......
-

I so know I need to start moving my pvpahz over to freedumb.... but it sucks letting go. Moved one with cash before they announced the free transfers and thought that would be okay, but now what little was left of triumph's community is moving. Bah. Are most people transfering every single pvp toon? Or leaving a few for lolz on their home servers?
Also I really need to transfer a toon to justice for a few days since they were apparently talking shiz about triumph's pvpers last night D: How dare you! -
Too lazy to quote people. I've already decided to transfer my sonic/pain D: I thought I was done with the thread lol when I said ty for the help. My whole ae/pl discussion was more towards people talking about me mentioning buying into farms and how pling isn't what it used to be. But yeah, gonna pimp out that corr a bit then transfer it.
Jah epz, I'll be there soon nuff' D:! Moar drunk pvpers? Sign me up. -
Triumph is my main server, I have all 36 slots filled, 27 which are 50s. I have all my farmers/sfers/soloers/purped out/pvp what have you toons. I just want to pvp on freedom, not really in the mood to lvl a toon, regardless of how fast you can do it now a days.
As for farms not being as good as they once were, there are still some hax ae maps that I would almost consider to be as good a place to pl as before ae, with bridges. -
Yeah think I'm going to spend a week getting it accs/slotting it a bit, then I'll send it over.
Thank for the replies guys. -
The more I think of it, I doubt I'd reroll a toon, mainly because I don't want to spend time lvling it/don't have inf for buy-ins to farms or whatever. But if I happened to transfer my sonic/pain, would it do okay w/o purps and such? I don't really have a source of income on freedom, so what I'd send it over with would be all that I had.
Thinking that the sonic/pain would be better to send over, mainly so I could just get a feel for it, then send over more toons that I'm fond of at my will. -
Triumph pvp is dead, no matter how much I try and deny it. I can't decide if I should transfer a toon (I'm cheap, don't buy the packs and such, so not sure if I feel like spending $10) or just roll/reroll a toon there.
If I did reroll or transfer a 50 w/o ios, would I get wrecked? D: Was semi lvling a dm/nin stalker on freedumb, but I'm not sure if I feel like being so'ed in rv or in the arena.
As for stuff I could transfer, these are my pvperz who are purped/finished:
Nb/nin stalker (hate him for pvp on slow servers so doubt I'd like him any moar on freedumb)
Spines/Nin/nom noms
Mind/fire dom
Grav/Elec dom
Rad/Dark corr
Mind/therm troller
Psi/em blastah
50's that aren't ioed at all, but would be better then relvling them on a new server:
Mind/nrg dom
Sonic/Cold corr
Sonic/Pain corr
Fire/rad corr
Fire/Dark corr
Bs/Regen scrap lolz
Arch/Em blastah
Any suggestions? kthnx. -
Never played a ta in pve or pvp. For pvp what's skipable exactly?

I don't run hero stats or such, or use your sci fi gizmos to tell if drop rates suck. I've been farming everyday for awhile now and I'm telling you, somethings up. I'm not expecting a purp every run, or every 10 runs, but it's weird that I went from getting 2 or more a week to 0 total in 3 weeks. Of course I'm not just talking about purps, and I could care less about salvage, but I can tell that something is wrong. Like V said, all you have to do is look at the market.
(I should mention I'm talking about red side. I rarely play blue) -
I would be down... if it wasn't for the fact that that's my bday. Gl though >.>
-
Lolz, that was pretty funny. Vodka = hilarity
-
Think the devs had to nerf [walk]. Too op.

Quote:>.> You know you're on triumph too much when the thought of getting silenced in tw 2.0 sounds better then running sfs half the time. You're hoping for someone to spam TW 2.0 and get silenced
*cough*Tamakirevolution*cough*
Also when you start considering the entire server of triumph to be your drinking buddy, but end up getting kicked from public chans. (2 already, yay) -
<----knew that epz was really Jason Voorhees. Those 4 other people are gonna be dead D: Friday the 13th ftl.

A regen scrappah who talks shiz. Too annoying.

I've been so frustrated with making a mids for this toon. I can't decide if I should worry about s/l/melee or just build for hp/regen/rech. I've made like 10 builds, and I really don't like the looks of any of the def ones. After reading a few threads with other people's /ela builds, and talking to some friends, more people seem worried about adding def to it.
To me, if I have to take powers I don't want/slot sets I don't want.... I feel like I should just roll a damn def armorHere's my build that doesn't even bother with def. Does it look like it'll be okay for running sfs/being able to solo content set for 8? Or should I just give in to soft capping it?

Quote:Yeah, no way would I not take the rez :P I have a pvp rad/dark corr that I love fighting regen scrappers on mainly because of the -regen from it. Also when I run sfs on either that toon or my dark mm people ask for a rez and I have to tell them to wait because I never actually use it to rez people, but use it as debuff whenever it's up XDHere I was all poised to go off on another rez-less build on a Dark Miasma, and realized you said reS not reZ.
As for fearsome stare, I don't mind getting it a little later mainly because I'll either be doing 50 content or if I do run sfs, I'll always have lvl 30 powers or higher (don't plan on doing cappers :P).
The whole slotting for res thing was just kinda out of boredom. I have like 5 diff builds for the toon mainly because it's such a fun one. Few of my in game friends have already told me it's not worth it, just wanted to see what people had to say. I'll probably go back to taking breath of fire, and grabbing power sink. Thanks for responding though -
Up late working on random builds for random toons. I've never taken fighting on a squishy before, and I was wondering if it was even worth it? Made this build with decent s/l res, but should I just worry about ranged def? I looked at a few ranged def builds on the corr forum and the slotting/power choices were not my style at all.
Mainly would just use this toon for farming (wouldn't be a main farm toon, just something to use when I'm bored), or for running speed sfs. Inf isn't a big deal at all.... just bored and want something to work on. So back to the main question, should I even bother?
