(Of course I'm in the happy position of owning both @carnifax globals so for me it'd be little impact).
I sorely miss my 48 months of Vet Rewards and the myriad of now defunct alts I'd made in 4 years of playing EU side though. I bet the Stone/Fire Brute is awesome now.

The complete GR has the 30 days, that more than makes up for the price, especially for new accounts.
But not including the items in the digital preorder is low. They collected interest on money, and the whole package was not delivered. Even if they warned ahead of time, it's wrong.

Glad I didn't fall for the preorders, and anyone with a lick of sense should never do so again.
Pre-purchasers got it for $30 and we got dual pistols and demon summoning months ahead of time.
Pre-orderers could pre-order the $30 version (no items' pack) and get a free month or the $40 complete edition (with items') and get a free month for $40.
All of this has been on the Going Rogue FAQ for many months.
Call me crazy but you might want to get the facts before posting errant opinions. -

Market Server is common both sides, which I used when I moved to the US earlier in the year to wire 100 million to my US Alts from my EU ones by buying a knockback TO from them for 100 mill.

There should be something in the mission objective description which would help determine what your mission wants you to do.
There are too many varieties for me to even guess which one you are doing without that text. -

Correct, but those types of cartoons still rub me the wrong way. They give people false impressions of how courtrooms work, how justice works in this country. It's why people still (wrongly) trot out that woman who won the suit over McDonald's coffee as a frivolous lawsuit.
Surely celebrities and the rich have an easier time of it. But for the most part out courts are deliberative and seek to resolve conflicts in a just manner. -

Problems with cartoon: A) criminal cases are prosecuted by a State Attorney or District Attorney, not a private citizen. You select the character on your login character screen (do not enter game), click on buy transfer, it brings you to a warning dialog popup, then a screen with your account's available slots by server and you pick it and a second later your character disappears (when it is working) and takes a ride to the new home server.
