Ok, I re-made it, it's at the hitpoint cap (3212) with 789% regen meaning with accolades it's 105.9 hits per sec. 4.73 end per sec was the most I could get without dropping some hits You said in your post that you wanted your damage output up so I tried for that too. Hope this is somewhat helpful

  2. I'm not great with builds but I thought I'd give it a try, some of the powers are a bit gimped though. 46.6% def to smashing/lethal and 68.8% recharge before hasten. Not all that familiar with doms so may not be what you're looking for, hope it helps

    Will probably leave everything empty other than recharge bonuses, slap some purples in to try and get recharge time up a bit. 6 recharge SOs in brawl right?

    Lucky you mentioned that was a joke, was about to respec the build completely around those parameters

    I've had a look at the build you posted up and for the mostpart I like it, I've had a fiddle, dropping 3 slots from knockout blow and replacing the sets with nucleous exposures to keep the accuracy/damage fairly high and 1 slot from hasten allowing me to add the hamio to the early attacks and 2 slots to tough. Pretty close to the build you posted with softcap smash/lethal and 90% resistance to it also

    Think I'll respec into it unless someone has further suggestions. Thanks for the advice Heraclea.

With 1 recharge IO and the bonus from hecatomb it will have a downtime of around 10-11 seconds so it won't overlap at low levels, you could use lower level luck of the gambler procs to help with that though. It would be 142 seconds recharge so 22 seconds over without the IO bonus in active defence or 109 seconds with it. If you plan on exemplaring for low level TFs I would advise getting the level 25 enhancements as the recharge is the same and I think that's the lowest they are availible although I'm not 100% sure on that. Will likely be tough to get them though. Good luck with it

    Yeah, I was trying to keep the defence as high as possible too so I had to lose out a bit on the offensive side of things, I will pretty much only be using it for TFs/Hami raids once it's up so figured def/res > damage, about to start a lgtf atm so haven't really had a good look, will have a proper look after. Thanks for the advice though

    My tank is currently lvl 42 and so I figured I'd start planning my build out, I have at least half the enhancements in the build and 1-2b left I could spend. I don't really want to be spending all my cash on purples or pvp IOs so this is what I came Up with, I plan on upgrading it as and when I have the cash. Anyone tips are much appreciated

That one worked, yeah looks good, main problem is end management on it although I'm not sure of the consumption of /mace, can probably get away with it if you're teaming as you're not gonna be the main damage dealer anyway and can afford to just taunt and get a few seconds breather for it to recharge some more.
  10. Yeah seems to be pretty wierd, when I copy the data it just opens the first build I put up for you. Just read through what sets you put in the powers, noticed that you left out the steadfast proc, that would boost your def by 3%, will slot into the one with shield power
  11. Yeah I've tried it, got 2 copies of mids on my comp, previous version and newer one as it encounters a problem when I try and update the older version. Had to download the newer version on another comp and transfer it over because it just failed each time I tried on this one.
  12. I can't seem to view the build you posted up, what were the defence lvls you managed for it? Using the powers you took most I can get without sticking in pvp IOs is 47 melee, 45 range and 42 AoE but it's down to about 32% recharge.
  13. For some reason I have a bit of trouble with the new mids, I've re-done the build in the older version so hopefully it'll work this time, added in purples. Sure someone can come up with something better but in your original build you wouldn't be at softcap.
